    Verfahren zur Herstellung von geschaufelten Maschinenteilen durch Giessen, insbesondere von Düsensegmenten für Dampf- oder Gasturbinen.   



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung geschaufelter Maschinenteile,   z.   B. der   DUsensegmente   von Dampf-oder Gasturbinen. 



   Es ist bekannt, dass einerseits das gegen Dampf widerstandsfähige Schaufelmaterial durch das Eingiessen sehr leicht brüchig wird, dass aber auch andererseits das Material, welches sich gut zum Eingiessen eignet, durch die Einwirkung des Dampfes Änderungen erleidet, die oft in kurzer Zeit zur Zerstörung der Schaufeln fuhren. Die Erfindung gestattet nun, Schaufeln aus einem gegen Dampf dauernd   widerstandsfähigen   Material zu benützen. 



   Die   Düsensegmente   (Fig. 1 bis 3) sind zu diesem Zwecke in zwei konzentrische

 Erfindung werden in diese Seitenwangen 1 und 2 Hilfsschaufeln, die mit einer nicht bindenden Masse überzogen sind, beim Formen eingesetzt und später mit eingegossen. 



  Diese   Hilfs8chaufeln   werden dann aus dem fertigen Gussstück herausgenommen und an ihre Stelle die eigentlichen Schaufeln 3 gesetzt, welche die gleiche Form und Stärke der   Hi1fs8chaufeln   besitzen. Um das zusammengesetzte Düsensegment leichter handhaben zu können, werden die beiden Enddüsenbleche auf irgend eine Weise, wie durch Einlöten, Verschrauben usw., befestigt und wird so das ganze Segment zusammengehalten. 



   Das hier für die Herstellung von Düsensegmenten von Dampf-und Gasturbinen   erläuterte   Verfahren lässt sich sinngemäss auch für andere, unter ähnlichen Bedingungen arbeitende Maschinenteile verwenden, z. B. für die Beschaufelung von   Wasserturbinen,     Kreiselpumpen I1SW.
