  Leitschaufeln für Francis-Turbinen. 



   Die Leitschaufeln regelbarer Francis-Turbinen werden als Gussstücke meistens mit vollem Querschnitt nach den Fig.   1 a   und 1 b, seltener mit Aussparungen a nach den Fig. 2 a und 2 b in einem Stück gegossen ausgeführt. Das Gewicht solcher Schaufeln wird aber mit zunehmender Höhe selbst bei der Ausführung nach den Fig. 2 a und   2 b   be-   trächtlich,   weil aus giessereitechniscben Gründen eine bestimmte Wandstärke 8 erforderlich wird. 



   Die Erfindung bezweckt durch Teilung der Schaufeln in ein Mittelstück A und eine Wandung W eine Verringerung der Wandstärke s und somit des Schaufelgewichtes. Die getrennte Herstellung der Leitschaufelwand ermöglicht nicht nur eine dünnwandige Ausführung in giessbaren Werkstoffen, sondern auch die Verwendung von gewalzten und gebogenen Werkstoffen. Die aus einem Stücke nach den Fig. 3 a und 3 b gebildete oder aus mehreren Teilen   zusammengesetzte Schaufelwand, wofür   die Fig. 4 a und   Ob, 5a   und 5b, 6 a und 6b Beispiele qind, wird an dem Mittelstück   A   befestigt, wobei die Stossfugen F in der   Leitschaufelvand   offers bleiben oder durch Schrauben, Nieten, Schweissung oder dgl. fest miteinander verbanden werden können.

   The guide vanes of adjustable Francis turbines are designed as cast pieces mostly with a full cross-section according to FIGS. 1 a and 1 b, more rarely with recesses a according to FIGS. 2 a and 2 b, cast in one piece. The weight of such blades, however, becomes considerable with increasing height, even in the embodiment according to FIGS. 2a and 2b, because a certain wall thickness 8 is required for reasons of foundry technology.



   By dividing the blades into a center piece A and a wall W, the invention aims to reduce the wall thickness s and thus the blade weight. The separate production of the guide vane wall enables not only a thin-walled design in castable materials, but also the use of rolled and bent materials. The blade wall formed from one piece according to FIGS. 3 a and 3 b or composed of several parts, for which FIGS. 4 a and ob, 5a and 5b, 6 a and 6b examples qind, is attached to the center piece A, the Butt joints F remain in the guide vane wall or can be firmly connected to one another by screws, rivets, welding or the like.
