Verfahren zur Herstellung von Siphonköpfen aus Aluminium.
Beim Giessen von Siphonköpfen aus Aluminium ergibt sich u. a. der Nachteil, dass die Wandungen des Kopfes stets Poren aufweisen, durch welche die Kohlensäure leicht entweichen kann und dass wegen der verhältnismässig geringen Wandstärke des Material in diesem stets Spannungen entstehen, welche meist Risse zur Folge haben, die den Siphonkopf uuverwondbar machen. Die Erfindung bezweckt die Behebung der angeführten Übelstände und erreicht dies dadurch, dass der Siphonkopf mit einem geraden Ansatz massiv gegossen und nach Ausbohrung der Kanäle und Hohträume der Ansatz in die übliche Form des Ausgussrohres gebogen wird.
Durch die Fig. 1 der Zeichnung ist das Gussstück und durch die Fig. 2 der fertiggestellte Siphonkopf im Schnitt veranschaulicht.

Vorerst wird der Ansatz 1 ausgebohrt und kann sofort oder auch später die übliche Gestalt des Ausgussrohres 3 durch Abbiegen erhalten. Sodann werden die übrigen Kanäle 4,5 sowie die Hohlräume 6, 7 ausgebohrt, Wt ich letztere mit dem üblichen Gewinde ausgestattet werden. Nun ist der Siphonkopf so weit fetiggestellt, dass in demselben die Verschlusseinrichtung untergebracht werden kann.

When pouring siphon heads made of aluminum, u. a. the disadvantage that the walls of the head always have pores through which the carbon dioxide can easily escape and that due to the relatively small wall thickness of the material, tensions always arise in this, which usually result in cracks that make the siphon head unmanageable. The invention aims to remedy the stated inconveniences and achieves this in that the siphon head is solidly cast with a straight attachment and, after the channels and cavities have been drilled out, the attachment is bent into the usual shape of the pouring pipe.

straight approach 1 is provided. The square hole 2 for the trigger lever to exit the head is left free during casting. Initially, the extension 1 is drilled out and can be given the usual shape of the pouring tube 3 immediately or later by turning. Then the remaining channels 4, 5 and the cavities 6, 7 are drilled out, where the latter are equipped with the usual thread. The siphon head is now finished to such an extent that the closure device can be accommodated in it.
