Einrichtung zum Heizen mlkro8koplecher Präparate.
Die Erfindung besteht in einer Einrichtung, um mikroskopische Präparate zu heizen.
Eine Platte aus schwer schmelzbarem Stoff, z. B. aus Glas, etwa Quarzglas, aus Porzellan, Speckstein, Glimmer oder dgl., dient als Objektträger, als Unterlage des Objektträgers oder auch, wenn durchsichtig, als Deckglas. Durcb einen Teilt1berzug von Platin oder dgl., der auf der Oberseite oder auf der Unterseite oder auf beiden angebracht sein mag, ist diese Platte zu einem Heizkörper für elektrische Widerstaudsheizung ausgebildet.
An zwei einander entgegengesetzten Stellen seines Randes mag sich der WiderstandsTeilt1berzug in besonderen Elektroden-Teiltlberzf1gen fortsetzen.
Eine besonders zweckmässige Form des Widerstands-Teiltlberzuges ist die ringförmige.
Soll dann die Platte als Unterlage des Objektträgers dienen und besteht sie aus undurchsichtigem Stoff, so erhlt sie am besten innerhalb des Widerstandsringes eine Durchbrechung, damit sie auch bei Beobachtungen im durchfallenden Licht benützt werden kann.
In den beiden Figuren der Zeichnung ist eine solche Unterlegplatte als Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Der ringförmige Widerstands-Teilf1berzug a ist auf der Oberseite der Platte angebracht und setzt sich in zwei Elektroden-Teilf1berzf1gen b fort.
Eine Durchbrechung c in der Mitte der undurchsichtigen Platte entspricht der inneren Öffnung des Widerstandsringes a.
PATENT ANSPRÜCHE : 1. Einrichtung zum Heizen mikroskopischer Präparate, gekennzeichnet durch eine Platte aus schwer schmelzbarem Stoff, die durch einen Teiluberzug von Platin oder dgl. zu einem Heizkörper für elektrische Widerstandsheizung ausgebildet ist.

The invention consists in a device for heating microscopic specimens.
A plate of difficult to melt material, e.g. B. made of glass, such as quartz glass, porcelain, soapstone, mica or the like. Serves as a slide, as a base for the slide or, if transparent, as a cover glass. By a partial coating of platinum or the like, which may be applied on the top or on the bottom or on both, this plate is designed as a heating element for electrical resistance heating.
At two opposite points on its edge the partial resistance coating may continue in special partial electrode coatings.
A particularly useful form of the partial resistance cover is the ring-shaped one.
If the plate is then to serve as a base for the slide and if it is made of opaque material, it is best to have an opening inside the resistance ring so that it can also be used for observations in the transmitted light.
In the two figures of the drawing, such a shim is shown as an embodiment of the invention. The ring-shaped resistor partial coating a is attached to the top of the plate and continues in two electrode partial coatings b.
An opening c in the middle of the opaque plate corresponds to the inner opening of the resistance ring a.
