Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Formbacken zum Giessen von Ketten und dgl.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Form- batken zum Giessen von Ketten, die darin besteht, dass der Formbalken auf einem beweglichen Tisch angeordnet ist, so zwar, dass der Scheitel des Formbalkens vertikal gerichtet ist, und dass seitlich zwei profilierte Walzen, die vorteilhaft durch den Tisch angetrieben worden, das Profil gleichzeitig in die beiden Seiten des Balkens einarbeiten. Der Formbalken ist dabei in seiner Achsrichtung mit einem Versteifungsrohr versehen.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht in Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch die neue Vorrichtung, während Fig. 2 einen fertigen Balken darstellt.
Auf einem Bett b ist ein Tisch a, al, der als Schlitten ausgebildet ist, hin und her verschiebbar, zu weichem Zwecke er an der Unterseite mit einer Mutter d versehen ist, durch die eine Gewindespindel c hindurchgeht. Auf der Spindel sitzt ein Getriebe e, in das ein anderes Rädchen el, dessen Achse e2 ein Rad f trägt, eingreift. In dieses Rad f greift ein andorps Had/1 ein, das durch eine Riemscheibe 9 angetrieben wird. Durch diese Transmission wird somit der Tisch al in hin und her gehende Bewegung versetzt, indem durch eine geeignete Vorrichtung gegebenenfalls eine mechanische Umschaltung der Drehunnsrichtung erfolgen kann.
Der Tisch a ist keilförmig ausgebildet und in sein keil- förmiges Lager ist der Formbalken p eingelegt, der durch ein in seiner Achsrichtung hindurchgehendes Rohr q versteift wird. Auf die beiden schräg liegenden Seitenflächen wirken die profilierten Walzen k ein. Die Walzen k sitzen auf Achsen/, !', die in dem Gehause n, n1 entsprechend gelagert sind, derart, dass diese als Schlitten ausgebildeten Gehause durch die Schrauben o, o1 auf dem Formbalken p eingestellt werden können. Auf den Spindeln l sitzen ferner die Zahnräder t, t\ während sich die Stellmuttern m, ml in die richtige Lage der Profilwalzen einstellen können. An dem Tisch a sind ferner die Zahnstangen l, h1 angebracht, die in die Räder i, il eingreifen.

The subject of the present invention is a device for the production of molds for casting chains, which consists in that the mold is arranged on a movable table in such a way that the apex of the mold is directed vertically and that two profiled rollers on the side, which has been advantageously driven by the table, work the profile into both sides of the beam at the same time.
