Bei der Errichtung von Geschäftshäusern, insbesondere für Café-, Restaurant-oder für Warenhauszwecke, ist eine Verbesserung in der Raumausnützung gleichbedeutend mit einer Erhöhung des Geschäftsgewinnes. Für die Raumausnützung kommt bisher nur die Grundfläche der einzelnen Stockwerke in Betracht, die durch die Treppenanlage nicht unwesentlich gekürzt wird.
Das Wesen der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, dass an Stelle der nach der gebräuchlichen Bauweise durch Treppen verbundenen Stockwerke ein in der ganzen nutzkaren Höhe des Gebäudes, also vom Erdgeschoss bis zum Dachgeschoss schraubenförmig ansteigendes Stockwerk vorhanden ist. Unter Innehaltung der üblichen Geschosshöhe fällt bei entsprechend gross bemessener Grundfläche des Gebäudes die Steigung des Stockwerkes so minimal aus, dass sie das Beschreiten in beiden Richtungen bequem ermöglicht.
Die neuartige Gebäudeanlage ist in erster Linie für ein Café oder Restaurant bestimmt und erzielt neben der bereits erwähnten Raumausnützung des Gebäudes in der ganzen Höhe den Vorteil, dass die Besucher, angelockt durch die Eigenart des Aufstieges fast unmerklich in die oberen Etagen gelangen und sich somit mehr oder weniger gleichmässig über den ganzen nutzbaren Raum des Gebäudes verteilen können. Bei den bekannten, in mehreren Geschossen ausgeführten Cafés und Restaurants der gebräuchlichen Bauart hat sich dagegen der Übelstand fühlbar gemacht, dass die oberen Etagen, selbst wenn ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist, beim Publikum weniger Anklang finden und nicht in dem Masse besucht werden, wie dies beim Erdgeschoss der Fall ist.
Die für die Aufstellung von Tischen, Stühlen und dgl. Einrichtungsgegenständen in Betracht kommenden Flächen können gegenüber der umgebenden schraubenförmig an-

Gemäss der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 sind die FahrstUh1e fUr die Personen-und Waren- beförderung in den Ecken des Gebäudes angeordnet Fig. 4 lässt in der Mitte des Gebäudes einen freien Lichtschacht erkennen, den die Schraubengänge umlaufen.
