Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein monolithisches Betonbauteil mit quasi endloser Längsausdehnung und in Längsrichtung orientierter Bewehrung, wobei als Bewehrung (2) wenigstens ein Garn (8), aufweisend hochfeste Filamente, vorgesehen ist, das als quasi endlose Lage längs innerhalb des Betonbauteils (1) verlegt ist, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Betonbauteils, wobei eine Gleitschalung (6), umfassend wenigstens ein Spulensystem (7) mit Garndüse (10), vorgesehen ist, wobei mit Hilfe dieses Spulensystems (7) Garn (8) während einer Relativbewegung zwischen Gleitschalung (6) und entstehendem Betonbauteil (1) als Bewehrung (2) in die Gleitschalung (6) eingelegt wird, während eine Betonmasse (11) zu dem bewehrten Betonbauteil (1') geformt wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch einen Gleitschalungsfertiger mit zumindest einem Spulensystem (7) für ein Garn (8) und eine Garndüse (10), die zur Abgabe des Garns (8) in eine Gleitschalung (6) für eine Betonmasse (11) vorgesehen sind.
