Description
Beschreibung : Dieses Gerät, ein "Gegenstrom-Dephlegmator", wird verwendet im Bereich der Destillationsgeräte mit der technischen Aufgabe, eine Verstärkerfunktion zur Anhebung der Alkoholgrade vor Beendigung des Feinbrandvorganges.
Der GEGENSTROM-DEPHLEGMATOR ist ein Verstärker, mit aussen angelegtem Kühlsystem, das sowohl mit Gegenstrom und Wirbelstrom (zur Dampfflussrichtung) laut Zeichnung, als auch in Stromrichtung funktioniert.
Eine oder mehrere Stauplatten sind gelocht (im Inneren, Dampfraum).
Der mit Dichtung versehene Oberteil ist abnehmbar zum Zweck der Reinigung sämtlicher Teile (zur Vermeidung verschiedener Aromen).
Der Dephlegmator ist auf jedes Destillationsgerät anbringbar und je nach Grösse variierbar. Das Gerät kann nicht nur in Kupfer, sondern auch in anderen Metallen, z. B. Edelstahl, angefertigt und verwendet werden.
ANSPRÜCHE : Der Anspruch 1) des Gegenstrom-Dephlegmators ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kühlsystem auf Gegenstrom bzw. Wirbelstromgrundlage beruht.
Der Anspruch 2 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberteil mit Dichtung versehen und abnehmbar ist und somit der Dephlegmator (Verstärker) zur händischen Reinigung sämtlicher Teile geeignet ist.

The COUNTER-CURRENT DEPHLEGMATOR is an amplifier with an external cooling system that works with both counter-current and eddy current (to the steam flow direction) as shown in the drawing, as well as in the current direction.
One or more storage plates are perforated (inside, steam room).
The upper part with seal is removable for the purpose of cleaning all parts (to avoid different flavors).
The dephlegmator can be attached to any distillation unit and can be varied depending on the size. The device can be used not only in copper, but also in other metals, e.g. B. stainless steel, made and used.
CLAIMS: Claim 1) of the countercurrent dephlegmator is characterized in that the cooling system is based on countercurrent or eddy current.
The claim 2 is characterized in that the upper part is provided with a seal and is removable and thus the dephlegmator (amplifier) is suitable for manual cleaning of all parts.
