Abstract
Die Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Bearbeitungsbereich (16) eingangsseitig ein Fach (11) vorgeordnet ist, welches dazu bestimmt und eingerichtet ist, stirnseitig mit Keilzinkenprofilen zu versehene Hölzer (1) in Längs- und Querrichtung vor der Überführung in ein benachbart angeordnetes Fach (10), in dem eine Fixierung zwecks Bearbeitung stattfindet, auszurichten. Die Anwesenheit eines Holzes (1) in dem Fach (10) wird berührungslos detektiert und durch ein Signal dargestellt, welches zur Auslösung der Bearbeitung der für einen zyklischen Betrieb ausgelegten Vorrichtung benutzt wird. Nachdem an dem eingangsseitigen Holz (1) in dem Fach (10) keine Ausrichtung mehr erfolgt und die Detektion der Stirnseiten sowohl des eingangsseitigen Holzes (1) als auch des ausgangsseitigen Holzes (1) berührungslos erfolgt, ist der Bearbeitungszyklus in seinem Zeitablauf im wesentlichen unabhängig von für eine Ausrichtung benötigten Zeitspannen, welches im Vergleich mit solchen Ausführungsformen, bei denen im Bewegungsbereich eines Bearbeitungswerkzeugs bewegliche Anschläge zur Ausübung einer Ausrichtfunktion zu betätigen sind, für eine Durchsatzsteigerung nutzbar ist.The device is characterized in that the processing area (16) on the input side, a compartment (11) is arranged, which is intended and furnished, frontally provided with finger joint profiles woods (1) in the longitudinal and transverse direction before transfer to an adjacently arranged compartment (10), in which a fixation takes place for the purpose of processing.
