Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Richtungsumkehr beim Transport von Gegenständen, insbesondere von flachen Postsendungen. Die Länge des vorauslaufenden Gegenstands wird gemessen. Die beiden Gegenstände werden in einer Lücke zwischen ihnen zu einer Richtungsumkehr-Einrichtung transportiert. Die Richtungsumkehr-Einrichtung besitzt einen "Kopfbahnhof" (Kb-1) und transportiert die beiden Gegenstände über einen Transportpfad (Tpf) in eine Transportrichtung (TR) und anschließend über denselben Transportpfad in die entgegengesetzte Transportrichtung (TR-e). Falls die gemessene Länge größer als eine vorgegebene Standard-Maximal-Länge ist, so wird der vorauslaufende Gegenstand zusätzlich über einen Zusatz-Transportweg (Z-Tpf) transportiert, der sich an den Transportpfad (Tpf) anschließt, und zwar zunächst in die die Transportrichtung (TR) und anschließend in die entgegengesetzte Transportrichtung (TR-e). Anschließend werden beide Gegenstände nacheinander abtransportiert. The invention relates to a method and a device for reversing the direction during the transport of objects, in particular flat mail items. The length of the leading object is measured. The two objects are transported in a gap between them to a direction reversal device. The direction reversal device has a "head station" (Kb-1) and transports the two objects via a transport path (Tpf) in a transport direction (TR) and then via the same transport path in the opposite transport direction (TR-e). If the measured length is greater than a predetermined standard maximum length, then the leading object is additionally transported via an additional transport path (Z-Tpf), which adjoins the transport path (Tpf), first in the direction of transport (TR) and then in the opposite direction of transport (TR-e). Subsequently, both objects are transported one after the other.
