Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Compounder-Spritzgießmaschine mit einer Plastifiziereinrichtung (11 }, einer Kolbenspritzeinrichtung (50) sowie mit einer Schließeinheit mit einem Formwerkzeug (60), wobei zwischen der Plastifiziereinrichtung und der Kolbenspritzeinrichtung (50) eine Schmelzeleitung (70) vorgesehen ist, die mit einem Schmelzesammelraum (56) der Kolbenspritzeinrichtung (50) verbindbar ist, und wobei zwischen der Kolbenspritzeinrichtung (50) und einem Formwerkzeug (60) ein Einspritzkanal (82) vorgesehen ist. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Schmelzeleitung (70) und der Einspritzkanal (82) über ein schaltbares Ventil (90) mit mindestens drei Schaltstellungen verbunden sind, wobei in einer ersten Schaltstellung (Position "Anfahren") die von der Schmelzeleitung (70) ankommende Schmelze in die Umgebung ausgeschleust werden kann, wobei in einer zweiten Schaltstellung (Position "Einspritzen") die Schmelzeleitung (70) abgesperrt und gleichzeitig der Einspritzkanal (82) für den Einspritzvorgang freigegeben ist und wobei in einer dritten Schaltstellung (Position "Umfüllen") die von der Schmelzeleitung (70) ankommende Schmelze in den Sammelraum (56) der Kolbenspritzeinrichtung (50) umgefüllt werden kann.
