Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schachtboden gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Verteiler bekannt, die die Sole bzw. das Wärmemedium, das in einer Erdwärmesondenanlage zirkuliert, auf mehrere Kreisläufe aufteilen. Das kalte Wärmemedium bzw. die kalte Sole fliesst über einen Zulauf in den Verteiler hinein, wird von dort auf die einzelnen Kreisläufe der Erdwärmesondenanlage, d.h. auf die einzelnen Erdwärmesonden, verteilt und das von der Erdwärme erwärmte Wärmemedium bzw. die rücklaufende wärmere Sole tritt in den Verteiler wieder ein und kann an den Verbraucher abgegeben werden.
Üblicherweise werden derartige Verteiler überirdisch oder auch im Inneren eines Schachtes angeordnet.
Allerdings sind derartige Verteiler relativ sperrig, insbesondere wegen der daran angeschlossenen Rohrleitungen, und aufgrund dieser Sperrigkeit auch anfällig gegenüber mechanischen Beschädigungen, beispielsweise im Zuge von Wartungsarbeiten od. dgl..
Ausserdem sind aus dem Stand der Technik Schachtböden bekannt, die in Schächte eingesetzt werden können, um beispielsweise eine rutschfeste Auftrittsfläche zu gewährleisten.
Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, die oben erwähnten Nachteile bekannter Verteiler zu vermeiden und gleichzeitig einen in einen Schacht leicht einsetzbaren Schachtboden zu schaffen, der kompakt, sowie leicht und einfach herzustellen ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Der erfindungsgemässe Schachtboden umfasst ein massives Bodenelement sowie einen in des Bodenelement integrierten Verteiler.
Der Schachtboden kann schnell und einfach in einen Verteilerschacht einer Erdwärmesondenanlage eingesetzt werden und ist massiv und stabil genug, um den Verteiler zu schützen und auf diese Weise allfällige Beschädigungen des Verteilers zu verhindern. Der Verteiler und das Bodenelement ergeben auf diese Weise eine vorteilhafte Kombination, die allen Anforderungen gerecht wird, einerseits dem Einsatz als Schachtboden und anderseits der Verwendung als Verteiler. Durch den erfindungsgemässen Schachtboden wird auch ein spannungsfreier Anschluss geschaffen.
Das Bodenelement ist vorteilhafterweise gemäss den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 2 ausgebildet, wodurch der Einsatz als Schachtboden erleichtert wird.
Um den Verteiler bestmöglich zu schützen, ist es vorteilhaft, die Merkmale des Anspruches 3 vorzusehen.
Der Verteiler ist vorteilhafterweise gemäss den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 4 ausgebildet, um eine effektive Verteilung des Wärmemediums auf die Erdwärmesonden zu gewährleisten.
Eine vorteilhafte Integrierung der Anschlüsse und Rückläufe in den Schachtboden wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 5 gewährleistet.
Auf diese Weise sind die Anschlussstutzen geschützt und spannungsfrei, in diesem Zusammenhang ist es besonders vorteilhaft, die Merkmale des Anspruches 6 vorzusehen.
Um den Schachtboden noch kompakter zu machen, und die Anschlussstutzen zusätzlich gegen mechanische Einflüsse abzusichern, ist es vorteilhaft, die Merkmale des Anspruches 7 vorzusehen.
Für die Voriaufaustrittsstutzen und die Rücklaufeintrittsstutzen ist es ebenfalls vorteilhaft, wenn die Merkmale des Anspruchs 8 ausgebildet sind, da auf diese Weise ein effektiver Schutz dieser Stutzen gegeben ist und diese vor mechanischen Beschädigungen geschützt sind.
In diesem Zusammenhang ist es auch aus fertigungstechnischen Gründen vorteilhaft, die Merkmale des Anspruchs 9 vorzusehen.
Ausserdem bleibt dadurch die strukturelle Integrität des Schachtbodens bzw. des Bodenelementes erhalten.
Um die Anschlussgeometrien zu vereinfachen, ist es vorteilhaft, die Merkmale des Anspruchs 10 vorzusehen.
In diesem Zusammenhang ist es zur weiteren Vereinfachung vorteilhaft, die Merkmale des Anspruchs 11 vorzusehen.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausfuhrungsform wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 12 beschrieben, wodurch ein Abknicken von Rohrieitungen vermieden wird und durch die gerade Rohrführung eine sehr einfache Anschlussgeometrie gegeben wird.
Durch die Merkmale der Ansprüche 13 bzw.
14 wird weiters gewährleistet, dass der Schachtboden eine möglichst geringe Höhe aufweisen kann und trotzdem die Anschlüsse geometrisch vorteilhaft angeordnet werden können.
Weitere Vorteile und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung und aus den beiliegenden Zeichnungen.
Die Erfindung ist anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen in den Zeichnungen schematisch dargestellt und wird im folgenden unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen beispielsweise beschrieben.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen erfindungsgemässen Schachtboden in perspektivischer Ansicht. Fig. 2 zeigt den Schachtboden gemäss Fig. 1 in Draufsicht.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Schnittansicht des Schachtbodens von oben Fig. 4 zeigt eine Seitenschnittansicht des Schachtbodens von einer Seite.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine Seitenschnittansicht des Schachtbodens von der anderen Seite.
In Fig. 1 und 2 ist eine vorteilhafte Ausfuhrungsform eines erfindungsgemässen Schachtbodens 1 dargestellt. Ein derartiger Schachtboden 1 kann in einen Verteilerschacht einer Erdwärmesondenanlage eingesetzt werden und bildet den untersten Abschluss bzw. den Boden dieses Schachtes. Der Schachtboden 1 umfasst eine massive Platte bzw. ein massives Bodenelement 2, das einstückig bzw. einteilig, beispielsweise als Betonguss oder aus Kunststoff ausgebildet ist.
Weiters umfasst der Schachtboden 1 einen Verteiler bzw. Soleverteiler 3, wie er in unterschiedlichen Ausgestaltungen aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt ist.
Der Verteiler 3 ist gemäss der Erfindung in das Bodenelement 2 integriert und dadurch von diesem geschützt. Der Verteiler 3 kann für Reparaturarbeiten leicht aus dem Bodenelement 2 herausgenommen werden, ausgetauscht bzw. wiedereingesetzt werden.
Der Verteiler 3 weist einen Voriaufanschlussstutzen 5 auf, der mit einem Voriaufsammelrohr 7 strömungstechnisch verbunden ist. Von diesem Voriaufsammelrohr
7 gehen sechs Voriaufaustrittsstutzen 10a, 10b aus, über die die kalte Sole bzw. das kalte Wärmemedium aus dem Verteiler 3 hinaus zur Erdwärmesonde strömt. Dort wird das Wärmemedium bzw. die Sole von der Erdwärme erwärmt und gelangt über sechs Rücklaufeintrittsstutzen 11a, 11b, die in ein Rücklaufsammelrohr 8 einmünden, wieder in den Verteiler 3 zurück.
Vom Rücklaufsammelrohr 8 verlässt das Wärmemedium über einen Rücklaufanschlussstutzen 6 den Verteiler 3 und kann die gespeicherte Wärmeenergie an gewünschter Stelle abgeben.
Das Bodenelement 2 weist die Form eines flachen Kreiszylinders auf, dessen Höhe geringer als dessen Radius ist. Im Bodenelement 2 ist eine quaderförmige, das Bodenelement 2 nicht vollständig durchsetzende Vertiefung bzw. Ausnehmung 4 ausgebildet. In dieser Vertiefung 4 ist der Verteiler 3, d.h. das Rücklaufsammelrohr 8 und das Voriaufsammelrohr 7, sowie die Rücklaufeintrittsstutzen 11a, 11b und die
Voriaufaustrittsstutzen 10a, 10b angeordnet.
Der Voriaufanschlussstutzen 5, durch den die kalte Sole zum Voriaufsammelrohr 7 strömen kann, ist in einer in der Seitenwand des Bodenelementes 2 ausgebildeten Voriaufdurchgangsöffnung 13 angeordnet bzw. durch diese durchgeführt.
Analog dazu ist der Rücklaufanschlussstutzen 6, über den die erwärmte Sole aus dem Verteiler 3 ausströmt, in einer ebenfalls in der Seitenwand des Bodenelementes 2 angeordneten Rücklaufdurchgangsöffnung 14 angeordnet bzw. durch diese durchgeführt. Der Voriaufanschlussstutzen 5 und der Rücklaufanschlussstutzen 6 bzw. die Voriaufdurchgangsöffnung 13 und die Rücklaufdurchgangsöffnung 14 sind zueinander parallel ausgerichtet.
Die aus dem Bodenelement 2 seitlich vorstehenden freien Enden des Vorlaufanschlussstutzens 5 und des Rücklaufanschlussstutzens 6 sind in einer Ausnehmung 16 der Seitenwand des Bodenelementes 2 vertieft gegenüber dem übrigen Seitenrand angeordnet und stehen nicht über den gedachten Umfang des Bodenelementes 2 bzw. des Schachtbodens 1 hinaus.
Auf diese Weise sind die beiden Anschlussstutzen 5, 6 vor Beschädigungen geschützt.
Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Schachtbodens 1 bzw. des Bodenelementes 2 sind in der Seitenwand des Bodenelements 2 nebeneinander auf einer geraden Linie angeordnete, die Seitenwand durchsetzende
Vorlauf austrittsdurchgangsöffnungen bzw. -kanäle 12a, 12b sowie
Rücklaufeintrittsdurchgangsöffnungen bzw. -kanäle 15a, 15b,... ausgebildet, die eine Verbindung zwischen der Vertiefung 4 und dem Bereich ausserhalb des Bodenelementes 2 darstellen. Im Gebrauch verlaufen durch diese Voriaufaustrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 12a, 12b,... bzw. Rücklaufeintrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 15a, 15b,...
Rohrleitungen zum Transport der Sole, die an die Voriaufaustrittsstutzen 10a, 10b,... bzw. an die Rücklaufeintrittsstutzen 11a, 11b,... des Verteilers 3 angeschlossen werden.
Die Voriaufaustrittsstutzen 10a, 10b,... und die Rücklaufeintrittsstutzen 11a, 11b,... bzw. die Vorlaufaustrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 12a, 12b,.... und die Rücklaufeintrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 15a, 15b,... sowie die daran angeschlossenen Rohrleitungen sind zueinander parallel ausgerichtet. Die Voriaufaustrittsstutzen 10a, 10b,... fluchten mit den jeweiligen entsprechenden Vorlaufaustrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 12a, 12b,... und die Rücklaufeintrittsstutzen 11a, 11b,... fluchten mit den jeweiligen entsprechenden Rücklaufeintrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 15a, 15b,... bzw. sind jeweils auf einer geraden Linie angeordnet. Dadurch wird das Einsetzen bzw. das Durchführen der Rohre bzw. Rohrleitungen erleichtert.
Für die Montage werden die Rohre dabei von aussen durch die Vorlaufaustrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 12a, 12b,... bzw. die Rücklaufeintrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 15a, 15b,... durchgeführt bis sie auf der anderen Seite, und zwar im Inneren der Vertiefung 4 wieder austreten. Dort werden sie an die entsprechenden Voriaufaustrittsstutzen 10a, 10b,... bzw.
Rücklaufeintrittsstutzen 11a, 11b,... angeschlossen.
Die zentralen Mittelachsen der Voriaufdurchgangsöffnung 13 und der Rücklaufdurchgangsöffnung 14 bzw. des Vorlauf anschlussstutzens 5 und des Rücklaufanschlussstutzens 6 bzw. die daran angeschlossenen Rohrleitungen sind parallel zu den zentralen Mittelachsen der Voriaufaustrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 12a, 12b,... und der Rücklaufeintrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 15a, 15b,... bzw. der Voriaufaustrittsstutzen 10a, 10b,... und der Rücklaufeintrittsstutzen 11a, 11b,... bzw. den daran angeschlossenen Rohrleitungen ausgerichtet bzw. fluchten miteinander.
In Fig. 3 ist schematisch dargestellt, wie die Voriaufaustrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 12a, 12b,... sowie die Rücklaufeintrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 15a, 15b,... im Bodenelement 2 angeordnet und geometrisch zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
Aus den Seitenansichten der Fig.
4 und 5 ist erkennbar, dass die zentralen Mittelachsen der Voriaufdurchgangsöffnung 13 bzw. der Rücklaufdurchgangsöffnung 14 bzw. die zentralen Mittelachsen des Vorlaufanschlussstutzens 5 bzw. des Rücklaufanschlussstutzens 6 auf einer Ebene mit den zentralen Mittelachsen der Voriaufaustrittsstutzen 10a, 10b,... und der Rücklaufeintrittsstutzen 11a, 11b,... und auch mit den zentralen Mittelachsen der Voriaufaustrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 12a, 12b,... sowie der Rücklaufeintrittsdurchgangsöffnungen 15a, 15b,... liegen. Dadurch ist ein Durchstrom des Wärmemediums auf einer Ebene möglich und die Dimensionen des Schachtbodens 1 können bezüglich seiner Höhenabmessungen relativ gering ausfallen.
Eine weitere mögliche Anwendung des erfindungsgemässen Schachtbodens betrifft die Beheizung oder Kühlung von Freiflächen.
