Fig. 2 das vereinfachte Schaltbild einer erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung .
The invention relates to a device for loading a refuse vehicle, which is provided with a device for transporting the refuse from a bulk space in the interior of the refuse vehicle and with a bed in the form of a lifting - tilting device for the garbage cans, wherein the drive of the device for Spend the waste from a bulk space in the interior of the refuse vehicle hydraulically via a driven by the vehicle engine hydraulic pump.
Such refuse vehicles are known.
The lifting - tilting device is designed so that they raise the garbage cans and tilt such that their contents is emptied into the bulk space of the refuse vehicle, then the respective trash can is tilted back and lowered again.
The device for moving the refuse from a bulk space into the interior of the refuse vehicle may be designed in the form of a pivot plate, in the manner of a screw or as a rotary drum.
In all cases, the hydraulic drive of the bed is fed by the same hydraulic pump, which also supplies the hydraulics of the device for bringing the waste from the bulk space into the interior of the refuse vehicle with Druckol.
This makes it necessary to actuate the device for moving the refuse into the interior of the refuse vehicle when the propulsion of the bed is switched on.
The vehicle engine driving the hydraulic pump therefore has to run at an increased speed regardless of whether and how much refuse has been dumped into it during the accessibility of the bulk space.
In this way, a considerable, unnecessary energy expenditure is created by unnecessarily running the device for bringing the refuse into the interior
3 of the garbage truck.
In addition, especially in tightly built areas creates a heavy burden on residents by noise and particulate matter.
Based on the realization that such a running of the device for bringing the waste into the interior of the refuse vehicle is only necessary at intervals, the invention solves the problem of energy waste and noise pollution by the fact that provided for driving the bed an independent of the vehicle engine electro-hydraulic drive is.
Such electro-hydraulic drives are e.g.
known in the drive of tailgates and it has been shown that the raising and lowering of a tail lift produces only a slight whirring, which is not comparable to the noise of running at full speed motor vehicle engine.
The invention is described in detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings, without being limited to this example.
Showing:
Fig. 1 is a schematic side view of the rear part of a refuse vehicle with a lifting - tilting device for garbage cans and
Fig. 2 is a simplified circuit diagram of an inventive device.
The refuse vehicle 1 shown as an example in FIG. 1 has an interior space 2 for receiving the refuse and a bulk space 3 into which the refuse bins are emptied for the time being.
From the bulk room 3 a not shown known device spills the waste into the interior of the refuse vehicle. 1
The garbage cans are lifted and tilted by a lifting and tilting device, so that their contents fall into the bulk space 3 of the refuse vehicle 1. Subsequently, the garbage cans are tilted back and lowered again. From the HubKippeinrichtung only arms 4 are shown schematically.
Both the means for moving the refuse from the bulk space 3 into the interior 2 of the refuse vehicle 1 and the bed with the arms 4 are hydraulically driven.
According to Fig. 2, however, the two drives are separated from each other:
The vehicle engine 5 drives in the example via a coupling 6, a hydraulic pump 7, which supplies the means for moving the refuse from the bulk space 3 into the interior 2 of the refuse vehicle 1 with Druckol.
In addition, a DC generator 8 (alternator) is connected to the vehicle engine 5.
Via a battery 9, a DC motor 10 is supplied with power, which drives a hydraulic pump 11. This supplies the Druckol for the bed with the arms. 4
It can be seen that the electro-hydraulic drive 9, 10, 11 for the bed with the arms 4 can be operated independently of the running of the vehicle engine 5. The connection between the two devices consists only in the charging line 12 between the DC generator 8 and the battery. 9
It has been shown that some garbage cans can be emptied into the bulk space 3, without requiring an operation of the device for moving the refuse into the interior 2 of the refuse vehicle 1.
By applying the invention, therefore, at least in many loading parts of the refuse vehicle 1, an actuation of this device, be it a pivot plate, be it a -
Snail or a rotary drum, eliminated and the environment is thereby less burdened.
In the context of the invention numerous modifications compared to the embodiment shown are possible, since the invention is applicable to all facilities for bringing the waste into the interior of the refuse vehicle and all dumps.
