Büchse oder Kapsel für Flüssigkeiten.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Büchse oder Kapsel für Flüssigkeiten (Likör und dgl. ), welche gestattet, derartige Flüssigkeiten bequem unterzubringen und bei sich zu tragen und jederzeit einzunehmen, ohne dass man einen Laden, ein Kaffeehaus oder dgl. aufsuchen müsste. Gleichzeitig ist jede unlautere Manipulation mit der Flüssigkeit von dem Augenblicke ab verhindert, wo die gefüllte Kapsel vom Erzeuger in Verkehr gesetzt wird.
Die Kapsel besteht aus Metall und fasst annähernd soviel Flüssigkeit wie ein Likörglas. Sie wird von einer dünnwandigen, am besten aus Aluminium gepressten Schale gebildet, die nach dem Füllen durch einen gleichfalls dünnwandigen, am Umfang der Schale aufgepressten oder angebördelten Deckel oder ein Metallplättchen luftdicht verschlossen wird.
Eine Stelle der Schale oder des Deckels von etwa 1 cm Durchmesser wird vor dem Verschliessen der Kapsel aufgetrieben, indem man das Metall in einer Matrize mit scharfen Kanten und ohne Boden nach aussen presst, so dass die entstehende Erhöhung an ihrem Umfange mit dem Deckel oder der Schale nur durch einen sehr dünnen Kranz von einigen Hundertsteln Millimeter Dicke zusammenhängt ; dieser Kranz genügt, um die Kapsel während des Mitführens dicht verschlossen zu halten, gestattet aber ein leichtes Öffnen, wenn man den Kapselinhalt einnehmen will.
Man braucht nur die Erhöhung abzulösen, indem man sie an einer Seite mit dem Fingernagel hebt, wodurch der dünne Kranz eingerissen wird, oder indem man mit dem Finger in die Nähe der Erhöhung gegen die Wand der Schale oder den Deckel drückt, wodurch gleichfalls ein Riss entsteht, der das Ablösen der Erhöhung gestattet. Durch die so entstandene Öffnung kann man den Kapselinha1t austrinken.
Die Kapsal ist nach dem Öffnen nicht mehr verwendbar und wird weggeworfen, was durch ihren sehr niedrigen Herstellungspreis ermöglicht wird. Es ist so jeder Missbrauch ausgeschlossen. Übrigens kann die Kapsel auch die Marke des Erzeugers der Flüssigkeit tragen und so dem Konsumenten die Echtheit des Inhaltes gewährleisten.
In der Zeichnung sind einige beispielsweise Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Kapsel veranschaulicht.
Bei der in Fig. 1 im senkrechten Schnitt und in Fig. 2 in der Draufsicht dargestellten Kapsel ist der Deckel a auf die Schale b aufgebördelt und trägt die Erhöhung c, die mit ihm durch den sehr dünnen Kranz d zusammenhängt.
Nach Fig. 3 und 4 ist die Erhöhung c an der Seite der Schale angebracht.
Fig. 5 ist ein vergrösserter Schnitt der Erhöhung c, welcher die Anordnung der Matrize k und des Stempels l zeigt, die den dünnen Kranz d zu erzeugen gestattet.
Gestalt und Grösse der Kapsel, sowie die Gestalt und Lage der zum Öffnen dienenden Erhöhung können beliebig gewählt werden.

The capsule is made of metal and holds almost as much liquid as a liqueur glass. It is formed by a thin-walled bowl, preferably made of aluminum, which, after filling, is sealed airtight by an equally thin-walled lid or a metal plate that is pressed or flanged onto the circumference of the bowl.
