Process for the production of ready-to-use heel and sole parts.
So far, heel and sole parts have been prepared ready for use by soaking them, stretching them (by tapping, rolling or the like) before using them to produce shoes and stretching them again after drying. Since these footwear parts change their shape and size when they are finished, they must first be cut to the correct shape (length and width) before they can be used; the pieces of leather cut off form waste.
With this dressing the problem arises that because of the unevenness of the work through and also because of the changing nature of the leather, individual pieces
EMI1.1
too narrow bexw. conversely, xu become short, therefore can no longer be used for their purposes and thus form scrap. If this inconvenience is to be avoided, however, the hacking mechanism parts must be reduced by an appropriate amount in their raw state for safety
EMI1.2
amount increases the waste that is produced anyway when cutting the finished footwear parts.
These disadvantages are avoided according to the invention in that not the footwear parts, but the Ledorstuck (Kroupon) from which they are obtained, are worked through as a whole and only then are the footwear parts cut out, which are then immediately ready for use.
The resulting advantage is that rejects and waste have been avoided and, moreover, that re-cutting of the trimmed pieces is completely eliminated.
