The present invention relates to a device on the water or cistern and the pipelines leading to this and to the toilet faucet, especially for the toilet room of railroad cars, in order to prevent the water contained therein from freezing at a temperature below freezing. The previous water tanks either have a separate drain pipe to below the floor, which is provided with a drain valve in the middle, which is operated by hand.

When operating the water tank, it often happens that the crew opens these valves on the wagon grater after the train arrives, but often fails to close them after the water has drained on individual wagons, which means that when the water tanks are filled the water poured in at the top runs off again at the bottom.

Even with proper treatment of the valves, the problem with this system is that the box is emptied, but not the pipes to the toilet bowl and to the drain cock for the toilet water, which results in these pipes freezing up; or the box is emptied by the toilet flush mechanism, which, however, requires the flush valve to be kept open for so long until all the water has drained, which is very time-consuming. In this type, the water from the pipe for the toilet water is also not emptied.

The present invention aims to remedy all of these cited evils. The toilet seat shown in the drawing is flushed by pressing the lever a, which is connected to the flushing valve c by means of a pull rod b. According to the present invention is now the
