Den Gegenstand des österr. Patentes Nr. 18776 bildet eine derartige Einrichtung für die Herstellung einer Schriftschablone zur Befestigung derselben auf der Drucktrommei von Vervielfältigungsmaschinen. bei welcher die Schablone, während der Herstellung und Befestigung auf der Drucktrommel auf dem oberen Rande einer den Träger für die Schablone bildenden, zweckmässig aus dickerem Papier hergestellten Unterlage befestigt ist, so dass man die fertige Schablone mittels des oberen Teiles ihres Trägers in das Lineal der Drucktrommel hineinlegen und nach Abtrennen des unteren Teiles der Unterlage für den Druck benutzen kann.
Die den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildende verbesserte Einrichtung besitzt die gleichen kennzeichnenden Merkmale und unterscheidet sich von der im obenerwähnten Patente geschützten Einrichtung lediglich dadurch, dass zur Anbringung der fertigen Schablone an der DrucktrommeJ der Rand der Unterlage taschenförmig ausgebildet ist. Auf der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform dieser verbesserten Einrichtung zur Darstellung gebracht und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 die Oberansicht des messerförmigen Lineals der Drucktrommel, Fig. 2 die Vorderansicht der Unterlage mit dem taschenförmigen oberen Teil, Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt derselben und Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt der Drucktrommpl und der darauf befestigten Schablone. Das Lineal der Druck- trommel 1 (Fig, 4) ist in bekannterweise messerförmig gestaltet, wobei das Messer sowohl ein-, als auch-wie in Fig. 1 - zwei- oder aber mehrteilig sein kann.
Dementsprechend ist der obere Teil der die Schahlone (Wachspapier) 3 und Seidenpapier (Pflanzenpapier) 4 (Fig. 3 u. 4) tragenden Unterlage 5 taschenförmig ausgebildet, und zwar dadurch, dass der obere Papierrand 6 umgebogen und an zwei oder mehreren Stellen 7 auf das Papier geklebt wird. Die in dieser Form in den Handel gebrachte Schablone kann nun nach Fertigstellung einfach mit ihrem oberen taschenförmigen Teile in das messerförmige Lineal der Drucktrommel eingehängt und dadurch an letzterer befestigt worden.

The improved device forming the subject of the present invention has the same characteristic features and differs from the device protected in the above-mentioned patents only in that the edge of the base is pocket-shaped for attaching the finished stencil to the printing drum. The stencil, which is brought onto the market in this form, can now simply be hung with its upper pocket-shaped parts in the knife-shaped ruler of the printing drum after completion and thereby attached to the latter.
