Gaumenplatte für künstliche Gebisse.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Gaumenplatte für künstliche Gebisse, welche in bekannter Weise zwecks sicheren Haltens an dem Gaumen mit einer Saugscheibe aus Gummi versehen ist. Bisher war es ausserordentlich schwierig, eine sichere Verbindung zwischen Gaumenplatte und Saugscheibe herzustellen, die allen Anforderungen entsprach. Das Neue an der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht daher in einer besonderen Verbindungsart dieser beiden Teile, welche nicht nur einen sicheren Halt beider, sondern auch eine leichte Lösbarkeit zwecks Reinigens oder Ersatzes der Saugscheibe gestattet. Erreicht wird der gewollte Zweck dadurch, dass ein Druckknopf oder ein druckknopfähnliches Gebilde in seinen einzelnen Teilen an dor Saugscheibe und der Gaumenplatte angebracht wird.
Auf der Zeichnung ist die neue Gaumenplatte in den Fig. 1-4 dargestellt. Es ist a die Gaumenplatte, c die Saugscheibe. Letztere ist mit dem Einstecker eines Druckknopfes ausgerüstet, der aus dem Federkrönchen e besteht. Dasselbe liegt mittels seines Flansches/ an der Scheibe c an und wird durch das Knöpfchen i, das in die Krone e eingedrückt wird, an c gehalten. Das Knöpfc1len i ist mit dem Flansch A versehen, der sich in das Gummi einlegt und daher die Wirkung der Saugscheibe nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Gaumenplatte a besitzt den andern Druckknopf teil d, der fest innerhalb der Nut b in die Platte eingesetzt ist. Mittels der beiden Druckknopfteil kann man, wie leicht ersichtlich, Gaumenplatte und Saugscheibe leicht und schnell verbinden und wieder lösen. Der Einstecker kann auch umgekehrt an der Gaumenplatte sitzen.
Es können Druckknopfkonstruktionen irgend welcher Art Verwendung finden.

The subject of the present invention is a palate plate for artificial dentures, which is provided in a known manner with a rubber suction disk for the purpose of securely holding it on the palate. Up until now it was extremely difficult to establish a secure connection between the palate plate and the suction disk that met all requirements. The novelty of the present invention therefore consists in a special type of connection between these two parts, which not only allows both parts to be held securely, but also to be easily detachable for cleaning or replacing the suction disc. The intended purpose is achieved by attaching a push button or a push button-like structure in its individual parts to the suction disc and the palate plate.
In the drawing, the new palatal plate is shown in Figs. 1-4. It is a the palate plate, c the suction disk. The latter is equipped with the plug of a push button, which consists of the spring crown e. The same rests against the disc c by means of its flange / and is held on c by the button i, which is pressed into the crown e. The button i is provided with the flange A, which is inserted into the rubber and therefore does not impair the effect of the suction disc. The palate plate a has the other push button part d, which is firmly inserted within the groove b in the plate. As can easily be seen, the two snap fastener parts can be used to connect and disconnect the palate plate and suction disk quickly and easily. The plug can also sit the other way round on the palate plate.
There can be any kind of push button constructions used.
