Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Spritzgiessmaschine mit zwei Formaufspannplatten, von denen eine ortsfest und die andere bewegbar angeordnet ist und mit einem Schliessmechanismus für die bewegbare Formaufspannplatte, der mit einer Formhöhenverstelleinrichtung in Verbindung steht, wobei der Schliessmechanismus einen Kurbeltrieb mit einer Kurbel umfasst, die auf einer der Formaufspannplatten gelagert ist und eine Antriebseinrichtung für den Kurbeltrieb ist.
Eine derartige Spritzgiessmaschine ist aus der DE 19800820 A1 bekannt.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen verbesserten Schliessmechanismus für eine derartige Zwei- plattenmaschine zu schaffen, mit dem höhere Produktionszyklen erreicht werden können.
Die erfindungsgemässe Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass auf der bewegbaren Formauf- spannplatte, die den Kurbeltrieb trägt, auch die Antriebseinrichtung für den Kurbeltrieb gelagert ist.
Vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, dass die Kurbel des Kurbeltriebes als kreisförmige Scheibe mit einem Zahnkranz ausgebildet ist und dass die Antriebseinrichtung ein Zahnrad umfasst, das mit dem Zahnkranz kämmt
Nachfolgend werden zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der bei- liegenden Zeichnungen beschrieben.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematisch gehaltene Seitenansicht einer erfindungsgemässen Spritz- giessmaschine in der Offenstellung.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt eine schematisch gehaltene Seitenansicht der erfindungsgemässen Spritzgiess- maschine in der Schliessstellung.
Die Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen die gleichen Seitenansichten wie die Fig. 1 und 2, wobei ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung gezeigt ist.
Die erfindungsgemässe Spritzgiessmaschine weist in herkömmlicher Weise eine ortsfeste Form- aufspannplatte 1 und eine bewegbare Formaufspannplatte 2 auf, die auf einem Maschinenbett 3 gelagert sind Die bewegbare Formaufspannplatte 2 ist dabei auf Schienen 4 des Maschinenbettes 3 verschiebbar.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 1 und 2 ist die Kurbel 6 des Kurbeltriebes 5 auf der be- wegbaren Formaufspannplatte 2 gelagert. Die Kurbel 6 ist dabei als kreisförmige Scheibe ausge- führt, die aussen mit einem Zahnkranz 11 versehen ist Die Kurbel 6 lagert auf Stützen 8 der be- wegbaren Formaufspannplatte 2.
Ebenfalls auf der bewegbaren Formaufspannplatte 2 gelagert, ist eine Antriebseinrichtung 12 für den Kurbeltrieb, die ein Zahnrad 10 umfasst, das mit dem Zahnkranz 11 der scheibenförmigen Kurbel 6 kämmt.
An der Kurbel 6 ist über einen Bolzen 9 eine Kurbelstange 7 angelenkt, die den Kurbeltrieb mit der ortsfesten Formaufspannplatte 1 verbindet
Die Kurbelstange 7 lagert mittels eines Bolzen 13 an einer Formhöhenverstelleinrichtung 14.
Die Formhöhenverstelleinrichtung 14 weist eine Spindel 15 auf, die unmittelbar an der ortsfes- ten Formaufspannplatte 1 gelagert ist, sowie eine Verstellmutter 16, die auf der Spindel 15 lagert und die über em Ritzel 17 von einem Motor 18 angetrieben wird.
Durch Verdrehen der Verstellmutter 16 kann die gewünschte Formhöhe eingestellt werden.
Durch Drehen der scheibenförmigen Kurbel 6 wird die Form geöffnet bzw. geschlossen.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 3 und 4 ist die bewegbare Formaufspannplatte 2, wie- derum über Schienen 4, die am Maschinenbett 3 befestigt sind, verfahrbar
Die scheibenförmige Kurbel 6 des Kurbeltriebes 5 lagert dieses Mal mittels einer Konsole 8 an der ortsfesten Formaufspannplatte 1. Der Antriebsmechanismus für die Kurbel 6 ist in den Fig. 3 und 4 nicht gezeigt, beispielsweise ist er gleich wie im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 1 und 2 ausgebildet.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 3 und 4 ist die Kurbelstange 7 nicht unmittelbar an der scheibenförmigen Kurbel 6 angelegt. Sie ist mit weiteren Kurbelstangen 19,20 verbunden, wobei die Kurbelstange 19 über einen Bolzen 21 an der ortsfesten Formaufspannplatte 1 lagert und die Kurbelstange 20 mittels eines Bolzens 22 an der scheibenförmigen Kurbel 6 angelenkt ist.
An der Seite der bewegbaren Formaufspannplatte 2 lagert die Kurbelstange 7 wiederum mittels eines Bolzens 13 an einer Formhöhenverstelleinrichtung 14, die gleich wie im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 1 und 2 ausgeführt ist.
Durch Drehen der scheibenförmigen Kurbel 6 wird der Kurbeltrieb 5 aus der in der Fig 3 ge- zeigten Offenstellung in die in der Fig. 4 gezeigte Spann- und Schliessstellung und wieder retour

The injection molding machine according to the invention conventionally has a stationary mold mounting plate 1 and a movable mold mounting plate 2, which are mounted on a machine bed 3. The movable mold mounting plate 2 can be moved on rails 4 of the machine bed 3.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the crank 6 of the crank mechanism 5 is mounted on the movable platen 2. The crank 6 is designed as a circular disk, which is provided on the outside with a ring gear 11. The crank 6 is supported on supports 8 of the movable platen 2.
Also mounted on the movable platen 2 is a drive device 12 for the crank mechanism, which comprises a gearwheel 10 which meshes with the ring gear 11 of the disk-shaped crank 6.
On the crank 6, a crank rod 7 is articulated via a pin 9, which connects the crank mechanism to the stationary platen 1
The crank rod 7 is supported by a bolt 13 on a mold height adjustment device 14.
The mold height adjustment device 14 has a spindle 15 which is mounted directly on the stationary mold mounting plate 1, and an adjusting nut 16 which is mounted on the spindle 15 and which is driven by a motor 18 via the pinion 17.
The desired mold height can be set by turning the adjusting nut 16.
