Screw connection element which can be anchored in a plate-shaped furniture part, particularly for connecting such furniture parts together or for joining such furniture parts to other parts, and having substantially cylindrical base portions (1, 2) which are connectable together and are insertable from opposite sides in opposed bores of the plate-shaped furniture part (P), and which align with the furniture part surfaces with annular flanges (1', 2'), the one base portion (2) having a screw passage (11), and both base portions (1, 2) being provided at the end with a countersink (7) to receive the head (13) of a connecting screw (12).<IMAGE>

   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verschraubungselement, das in einem   panelförmigen   Möbelteil verankerbar ist, insbesondere zum Verbinden solcher Möbelteile untereinander oder zum Anschliessen solcher   Möbelteile   an Fremdteile, mit einem in eine abgesetzte Bohrung des plattenförmigen Möbelteiles einsetzbaren Schrauben-Aufnahmeteil. 



   Aus der DE 42 22 248 A1 ist ein Verschraubungselement dieser Art bekannt, das zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei der eine Teil ein Schraubenbolzen und der andere ein Verbindungseinsatz ist. 



   Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, ein vielseitig verwendbares Verschraubungselement zu schaffen, das bei einfacher Montage in einem plattenförmigen Möbelteil dessen Verbindung mit gleichartigen Teilen, aber auch mit völlig ungleichartigen Elementen sowie die Befestigung des Mö-   belteiles   an einer Wand   od. dgl.   ermöglicht. Das erfindungsgemässe Verschraubungselement zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Aufnahmeteil mit einem in die Bohrung von der anderen Seite her einsetzbaren, im wesentlichen zylindrische Basisteil verbindbar ist und beide Teile durch Ringflansche mit den   Möbelteiloberflächen   bündig abschliessen, wobei die beiden Basisteile jeweils in der Stirnseite mit einem Senkkonus zur Aufnahme des Kopfes einer Verbindungsschraube versehen sind. 



   Die erfindungsgemässe Konstruktion hat den Vorteil, dass der Aufnahmeteil und der Basisteil über ihre Flansche formschlüssig in dem Möbelteil festgelegt und miteinander verbunden werden können, und sodann mittels der Verbindungsschraube verspannt werden können. Dadurch entsteht eine äusserst sichere und belastbare Verbindung, die sich sowohl für Teile aus Metall wie aus Kunststoff eignet. 



   Gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen beide   Basisteile   in ihren Ringflanschen einander diametral gegenüberliegende Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von   Verstellstiften     od. dgl.   auf. 



   Bei einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung bestehen die Basisteile aus Kunststoff und der eine Basisteil weist an seiner Aussenseite   tannenzapfenförmige   Ringrippen auf, wogegen der andere Basisteil mit tannenzapfenförmigen Ringnuten versehen ist. 



   Gemäss einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der eine Basistell mit einem Aussenschraubgewinde und der andere mit einem Innenschraubgewinde versehen. 



   Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an   Ausführungsbeispielen   unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen : Fig. 1 einen Axialschnitt durch ein Verschraubungselement aus Kunststoff gemäss der Erfindung im zusammengebauten Zustand, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine zweite Ausführungsform der Erfindung aus Metall im Axialschnitt, Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 3 und die Fig. 5a-5e Anwendungsbeispiele des Verschraubungselementes. 



   Gemäss Fig. 1 weist das   z. B.   in eine Holzplatte P einsetzbare, mit den Plattenflächen fluchtende Verschraubungselement aus Kunststoff zwei im wesentlichen zylindrische   Basisteile   1,2, die von entgegengesetzten Seiten der Platte P her in abgesetzte Bohrungen derselben einsetzbar und miteinander verbindbar sind. Die Basisteile 1,2 haben Ringflansch l'bzw. 2', die mit den Möbel-   teiloberflächen   bündig abschliessen. Der eine Basisteil 1 hat ferner einen im wesentlichen zylindrischen Körper 3, der an seinem inneren Ende mit einer Bohrung 4 mit tannenzapfenförmigen Ringnuten 5 versehen ist, die in eine Bohrung 6 kleineren Durchmessers übergeht und am anderen Ende in einem Konus 7 ausläuft.

   In die tannenzapfenförmigen Ringnuten 5 wird von der anderen Seite der Platte P der zweite Basisteil 2 eingesetzt, dessen im wesentlichen zylindrischen Körper 8 mit tannenzapfenförmigen Ringrippen 9 zum Eingriff in die Ringnuten 5 versehen ist. Der zweite Basisteil 2 hat ausserdem eine Bohrung 10 mit Innenschraubgewinde 11 zur Aufnahme einer Verbindungsschraube 12 mit Senkkopf 13 zum Eingriff in den Konus 7 Die beiden Basisteile 1,2 werden durch   Ineinandertreiben   miteinander verbunden und mittels der Schraube 12 aneinander fixiert. 



   Wie die Zeichnung zeigt, sind in den Ringflanschen 1',   2'beider Basisteile   1,2 einander diametral gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen 13,14 ausgebildet, die für den Einsatz von nicht gezeigten Zentrierstiften oder Schlüsseln zum gegenseitigen Ausrichten der Basisteile dienen. Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ausführungsform des Verschraubungselementes aus Metall. Bei dieser Konstruktion sind die tannenzapfenförmigen Eingriffsorgane durch Schraubgewinde 15,16 ersetzt Ansonsten entspricht die Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 3 und 4 jener nach den Fig. 1 und 2. 



   Gemäss den Fig. 5a-5e kann das Verschraubungselement vielseitig angewendet werden ; z. B

 können gemäss Fig. 5 zwei Körperteile eines Möbels durch Einbringen je eines Verschraubungselementes über eine einzige Verbindungsschraube 12'miteinander verbunden werden. 



   Gemäss Fig. 5b kann die Schraube 12" als Sockelschraube mit einem Rändelkopf S'ausgebildet werden. 



   Fig. 5c zeigt eine Möbelfussbefestigung mit Hilfe einer langen Schraube 12', die aus der einer Platte P vorragt. 



   In Fig. 5d ist eine Wandaufhängung gezeigt, wobei die lange Schraube 12'"in einen Mauerdübel 17 eingreift, um eine Platte P an der Wand zu befestigen. 



   Schliesslich zeigt Fig. 5e eine Möbelrollenbefestigung, bei welcher die Verbindung zu einer Rolle 18 hergestellt ist. 



   PATENTANSPRÜCHE : 
1. Verschraubungselement, das in einem plattenförmigen Möbelteil verankerbar ist, insbe- sondere zum Verbinden solcher Möbelteile untereinander oder zum Anschliessen solcher
Möbelteile an Fremdteile, mit einem in eine abgesetzte Bohrung des plattenförmigen Mö- belteiles einsetzbaren Schrauben-Aufnahmeteil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auf- nahmeteil (2) mit einem in die Bohrung von der anderen Seite her einsetzbaren, im we- sentlichen zylindrische Basisteil (1) verbindbar ist und beide Teile durch Ringflansch (1',
2') mit den Möbelteiloberflächen bündig abschliessen, wobei die beiden Basisteile (1,2) je-   weils   in der Stirnseite mit einem Senkkonus (7) zur Aufnahme des Kopfes (13) einer Ver- bindungsschraube (12) versehen sind.

   From DE 42 22 248 A1 a screwing element of this type is known, which is formed in two parts, one part being a screw bolt and the other a connecting insert.



   The object of the invention is to provide a screw element which can be used in a variety of ways and which, with simple assembly in a plate-shaped furniture part, enables it to be connected to like parts, but also with completely different elements, and to fasten the furniture part to a wall or the like. The screwing element according to the invention is characterized in that the receiving part can be connected to an essentially cylindrical base part which can be inserted into the bore from the other side, and both parts are flush with the surfaces of the furniture part by means of ring flanges, the two base parts each having one in the end face Countersunk cone for receiving the head of a connecting screw.



   The construction according to the invention has the advantage that the receiving part and the base part can be positively fixed in the furniture part and connected to one another via their flanges, and then clamped by means of the connecting screw. This creates an extremely secure and resilient connection that is suitable for both metal and plastic parts.



   According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the two base parts have diametrically opposite bores in their ring flanges for receiving adjusting pins or the like.



   In one embodiment of the invention, the base parts are made of plastic and one base part has pine cone-shaped ring ribs on the outside, while the other base part is provided with pine cone-shaped ring grooves.



   According to another embodiment of the invention, one base location is provided with an external screw thread and the other with an internal screw thread.

The two base parts 1, 2 are connected to one another by driving into each other and fixed to one another by means of the screw 12.



   As the drawing shows, diametrically opposite recesses 13, 14 are formed in the ring flanges 1 ', 2' of both base parts 1, 2, which serve for the use of centering pins or keys, not shown, for aligning the base parts with one another. Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the screw element made of metal. In this construction, the pine cone-shaped engagement members are replaced by screw threads 15, 16.
