Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von sstühkörpern für Leucht-und Heizzwecke.
In dem Stammpatente Nr. 40473 sind Verfahren and Vorrichtungen zur Fabrikation von Glühfäden in einem kontinuierlichen Arbeitsprozesse beschrieben worden, welche für Gasglühlicht und elektrische Freiluftbirnen Anwendung finden.
Die den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildende Vorrichtung bezweckt eine Verbesserung in der Art des VerschIllo1zens der Glühfäden und besteht darin, dass zwischen die den Fadonstrang formende Presse und den elektrischen Brennofen eine Gruppe von Knallgasgebläsen eingeschaltet wird, wodurch die Glühfäden einer vorbereitenden Scbme1zung unterworfen werden.
Die neue Vorrichtung ist. in Fig. 1 der Zeichnung im partiellen Längsschnitte dargestellt.

Diese Vorrichtung, welche vorwiegend für den vertikalen Ofen gemäss dem Stammpatente Nr. 40473 bestimmt ist, kann auch an dem horizontalen Ofen gemäss Zusatzpatent Nr. 40474 angebracht worden. Die Knallgasgebläse würden in diesem Falle zwischen dem Ausgange der Presst (sen und der Trockenkammer ihren Platz finden.
Als Bindemittel ist in dem Stammpatent Schmierseife beansprucht worden. Unter verschiedenen Massen, welche in gleicher Weise den beabsichtigten Zweck erfüllen, mag noch ein Bindemittel von folgender Zusammensetzung erwähnt werden :

The device forming the subject of the present invention aims to improve the manner in which the filaments are closed and consists in that a group of oxyhydrogen gas blowers is switched between the press forming the filament strand and the electric furnace, whereby the filaments are subjected to a preliminary melting.
