Description
AT 404 633 BAT 404 633 B
The invention relates to a condensate drain according to the preamble of independent claim 1.
From DE 3 324 920 C1 a chimney has become known, which has a multi-layer design and which, as the innermost layer, has a condensate pipe into which the individual flue gas connections of connected fireplaces open. Any condensate that arises is directed inside and on the outer jacket of the condensate pipe to the Schomstein foot, where it passes into a collecting basin and is discharged through a separate pipe. A chimney is also known from " Haustechnik IKZ ", No. 7, 1992, p. 52, Fig. 3, the foot of which is connected to a neutralization system for condensate. A disadvantage of the known chimneys is that the problem of discharging the Condensing boilers io condensate is not solved. It is also necessary to collect and neutralize the condensate from condensing boilers before it can be discharged into a sewer. However, this requires a relatively high amount of components and assembly work for each individual condensing boiler.
The aim of the invention is to avoid these disadvantages and to propose a condensate drain which takes into account both the chimney condensate and the condensing boiler condensate.
According to the invention, this is achieved by the characterizing features of independent claim I.
In this way, it is not necessary to provide a separate condensate drain for each individual condensing heating device, and this also results in the advantage of less effort when installing 20 the individual condensing heating devices. The separate removal of the condensate that collects in the exhaust pipe and precipitates from the exhaust gases and the condensate that arises in the individual condensing heating devices also results in correspondingly large distances between the outlets in the exhaust pipe and the downpipe.
An embodiment according to claim 2 allows the use of a neutralization device for the chimney condensate and for the condensing boiler condensate in a simple manner.
According to claim 3, a load on the neutralization device is prevented by rainwater.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.

Fig. 1 schematisch eine erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung im Schnitt und 30 Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch die Einrichtung nach Fig. 1.1 schematically shows a device according to the invention in section and FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the device according to FIG. 1.
Fig. 1 shows a device according to the invention for the connection of several condensing heating devices 1 on different floors of a building. In these condensing heating devices 1, which can be designed as continuous water heaters, umlaut water heaters, boilers, process water storage tanks or stoves, there is a condensation of the water vapor contained in the exhaust gases due to the extreme removal of the heat from the exhaust gases of the burners of the devices 1 Burners of the condensing heaters 1 are preferably operated with natural, liquid or town gas. This prevents the creation of very aggressive exhaust gases and condensates.
The condensing heating devices 1 are connected with their pipes 2 for guiding the exhaust gases to an exhaust pipe 3 or open into the latter. This exhaust pipe 3 is held in bricked-up 40 casing stones 4 with great play, which forms a rear ventilation 11 of the exhaust pipe 2.
The fresh air supply to the individual condensing heating devices 1 takes place via the pipes 2 concentrically surrounding fresh air supply pipes 7 which pass through a wall of the casing blocks 4 and extend into the rear ventilation II. The rear ventilation 11 is partially covered at its upper end 14 in order to restrict the penetration of rainwater, but to allow a sufficient inflow of fresh air. 45 The condensing heaters 1 are provided with condensate drains 5, in each of which a siphon 6 is arranged. These drains 5 are connected to a down pipe 8 running in a wall of the casing stones 4.
In ihren unteren Enden 9 bzw. In its lower ends 9 and 12, the exhaust pipe 3 and the downpipe 8 merge into drains 11, 14, in each of which a siphon 6 is arranged. The outflow 11 opens downstream of the further siphons 6 into the so outflow 14, which leads to a further neutralization device, not shown, in which the acidic condensate is neutralized by adding alkaline substances, for example household waste water.
2For reasons of better clarity, the illustration of a condensing boiler 1 has been omitted in FIG. 2. 2 shows that the downpipe 8 is arranged on the side of the pipes 2 and 7 which pass through the wall of the casing stones 4 and which open into the centrally arranged exhaust pipe 3 or 55 into the rear ventilation 11. 2nd
