Die Riegel (8) sind vom äußeren Rand (2) durch Einschnitte (10) und von der Deckelfläche durch Einschnitte (11) getrennt Sie weisen ferner eine Verstärkung (12) auf, die sich in Richtung vom Einschnitt (10) auf die Übergangsstelle zum äußeren Deckelrand (2) verjüngt. Werden die Riegel (8) durch Druck auf ihre äußere, einen Teil des Deckelrandes (2) bildende Fläche (Betätigungselement (20)) eingedrückt, lösen sich die hintergreifenden Elemente (9) von der Randverstärkung (4) und der Deckel kann in diesem Bereich angehoben und anschließend ganz abgehoben werden. Da der Mittenabstand (A) zwischen den Betätigungselementen (20) der Riegel (8) größer gewählt ist als die Spannweite der Hand eines Vorschulkindes (d. s. mindestens 8 cm, insbesondere etwa 10 cm), das Kind aber auch bei Benützung beider Hände nicht über den halben Umfang des Behälters hinausgreifen und gleichzeitig die Riegel (8) betätigen, d. h. bei der Betätigung den Behälter nicht festhalten kann, stellt die erfindungsgemäße Konstruktion eine wirksame Kindersicherung dar; die zum Öffnen benötigte Kraft kann durch entsprechende Ausbildung der Verstärkungen (12) eingestellt werden. Es können, wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, auch zwei Hakenelemente (6) und (6') vorhanden sein. Ferner besteht die Möglichkeit, die Hakenelemente odereines von ihnen analog den Riegeln (8) auszubilden, so daß bei der Aus-führungsform nach den Fig. 1 und 2 drei bzw. vier Riegel (8) vorhanden und zu betätigen sind. Die Ausbildungsform nach Fig. 3 weist zwei Hakenelemente (6) und (6') auf, die entsprechend den Enden (7) des in Fig. 1 gezeigten Hakenelements (6) ausgebildet sind. Die hakenförmigen Riegel (18) sind hier jedoch mit der Deckelfläche eines runden Deckels (1) verbunden, von seitlich anschließenden Deckelteilen jedoch durch Einschnitte (13) bzw. (17) getrennt. Die Riegel (18) liegen im Bereich des halben Umfanges des runden Deckels (1). Das die Randverstärkung (4) des Behälters (5) hintergreifende Element (9) bildet eine Fortsetzung des inneren Randes (3), während der Riegel (18) von den Deckelteilen im Bereich des äußeren Deckelrandes (2) durch einen Einschnitt (14) getrennt ist, der das Mittelteil eines kreisbogenförmigen Einschnittes bildet, von dem die Einschnitte (13) bzw. (17) abgewinkelt sind. Auch dieser Riegel weist eine Verstärkung (12) auf, die über die Einschnitte (13) bzw. (17) in Richtung des Mittelbereiches des Deckels (1) hinausgeführt ist. Zwischen den Riegeln (18) kann ein weiteres zusätzliches Hakenelement (6") angeordnet sein, das in dem über der Randverstärkung (4) liegenden Deckelbereich von den Riegeln (18) ebenfalls durch die Einschnitte (13) bzw. (17) getrennt ist, die in dem anschließenden unteren Bereich zu einem Schlitz (15) erweitert sind. Ferner weist der Deckel in diesem Bereich eine äußere Randleiste (16) auf, die eine Angriffsfläche beim öffnen des Deckels bildet. Die voneinander abgewandten Einschnitte (13) haben am Außenrand der Riegel (18) einen Abstand (B), der, vermehrt um die doppelte Länge der gespreizten Hand eines Vorschulkindes (d. h. vermehrt um mindestens 16 cm, insbesondere etwa 20 cm), geringer ist als der halbe Umfang des Deckels (1). Zum Öffnen des Deckels werden die Riegel (18) nach unten gedrückt und der Deckel mit Hilfe der Leiste (16) hochgeschwenkt und entfernt Da die Einschnitte (13) bzw. (17) parallel zu dem in der Symmetrieebene des Riegels (18) liegenden Deckelradius sind, ist die Tiefe, bis zu der der Riegel (18) eingedrückt werden kann, durch die Breite der Einschnitte (13) bzw. Ein Anheben des Deckels ist nur möglich, wenn das zwischen den Riegeln (18) liegende Hakenelement (6") elastisch abbiegbar ist und seine notwendige radiale Bewegung durch die Riegel nicht behindert wird. Das ist z. B. in der in Fig. 4 gezeigten Lage nicht der Fall. Erst nach weiterem Eindrücken der Riegel (18) wird das Hakenelement (6") freigegeben und kann sich radial nach innen bewegen. Zum Öffnen des Deckels ist somit nicht nur das Heräbdrücken beider Riegel (18) mit vorgegebener Kraft notwendig, sondern diese müssen bis in eine bestimmte Tiefe hinabgedrückt werden, bevor der Deckel angehoben werden kann, wozu ebenfalls eine bestimmte Kraft erforderlich ist Das Schließen des Deckels geschieht durch die gleichen Handgriffe wie beim Öffnen, jedoch in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Bei einigen Ausführungsformen, z. B. beim Vorhandensein von vier Riegeln (8) bzw. (18), kann der Deckel durch einfaches Aufdrücken geschlossen werden. PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1.
