Transport verhindert.

The invention relates to a binding for a snow gliding board or snow board to which both shoes can be fastened, which binding has a front and a rear holding device for a shoe, which holding devices are adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the associated shoe.
The object of the present invention is to provide a binding which is suitable for snow sliding boards and which has a particularly simple adjustment possibility for different shoe sizes.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the binding has a base plate to be fastened to the snow gliding board or snow board by means of screws or the like, and that the front and rear holding devices each consist of a bracket, one of which has a tensioning lever, that at least one bracket with its angled areas facing the base plate can optionally be snapped into one of the channels arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of the base plate and on its underside, the side walls of the respective channel partially wrapping around the angled part of the bracket in the engaged state, that at am Snow sliding board or snow board attached base plate in the area of the channels between the underside of the base plate and the top side of the snow sliding board or
Snow boards, a free space formed by a recess in the base plate is provided, in which the angled regions of the bracket can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the base plate after disengagement from the channel.
This provides the following benefits:
1. The adaptation to different shoe sizes is easy and possible without the use of tools.
2. The durability is given by the sufficient contact surface of the bracket in the plastic.
3. By attaching several such mounting channels for each front and rear bracket is one
Adaptation to the shoe size as well as an adjustment with regard to the position of the shoe relative to the board center line possible.
4. Cost-effective due to the small number of components due to the one-piece base plate.
The known base plates are made of sheet metal with a plastic plate on top.
Disadvantages of these designs are:
1. The lack of durability of the composite sheet metal / plastic construction of the base plate inevitably too thin-walled individual components. By wearing the thin-walled side perforated plates, this leads to an expansion of the holes and to a loss of stability.
2. The coarse adjustment to the shoe size used or the missing or hardly existing one
Adjustment of the position of the shoe relative to the board.
3. No adjustment option without dismantling the base plate with the help of tools. It is therefore the
Object of the invention, a binding of the type mentioned while avoiding the above
To enable disadvantages inexpensively.
The approximate solutions, presented in German Offenlegungsschriften No. 27 11 930 (Wiedermann-Riedel), No. 2 308 897 (Gretsch) and No. 27 49 731 (Moog), require one to hold the bracket in the set position additional locking device, or a special shape of the bow cross-section, which results in a form-fitting hold in the corresponding side wall opening.
In no case is the adjustment of the bracket possible by the elastic spreading apart of the opening walls holding the bracket.
The further features can be found in the claims, the drawing and the description.
The binding is shown in one embodiment according to the single drawing.
The drawing shows a side view of a snow sliding board (1) or snow board, a base plate (2), fastening screws (3), a front bracket (4) and a rear bracket (5), a shoe (6), which is attached to the snow gliding board or snow board, the brackets (4) and (5) a clamping device (7) associated with the one bracket (5) and not explained in more detail. The shoe has points of attack (8, 9) for the stirrups arranged in the area of its toe and heel above the sole of the shoe. The base plate (2) made of relatively hard plastic is provided with connection surfaces (10), (11) and (12) at the front, center and rear for connection to the snow gliding board.
Between these connection surfaces, on the underside of the base plate (2), there are a plurality of transverse transverse channels (13), (14) which are arranged at the bottom and are parallel to one another and into which the brackets (4) and (5) with their lower parts be snapped into place.
To move the bracket from one transverse channel to another according to the size of the shoe, the recesses (15), (16) for the transverse bracket parts are provided below the transverse channels.
The walls of the transverse channels are each divided into two wall ends (18) by the parallel slots (17).
By slightly bulging (thickening) the wall ends in the direction of the center of the cross channel, the channel openings are narrowed downwards and thus the self-releasing of the brackets when tying without shoes or
Transport prevented.
