Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a binding especially on a snowboard binding.
Snowboard bindings are known and exist in their usual form today a front binding element and a rear binding element, from which the front binding element forms a bow from a spring wire in the the boot used (hard boot) with a protruding part of the front end his boot sole is insertable. The rear binding element also exists from an elastically deformable spring wire bracket. On this is a tension or Above-dead-center lever provided for pivoting, when the boot is fixed in the binding this on a part of the sole of the boot protruding from the heel or heel area reaches behind and thereby fixes the boot in the binding. The disadvantage of this Known snowboard binding, among other things, that they are closed only with great effort and can be opened, which is particularly disadvantageous because Use of lifts for safety reasons at least one of the two bindings on Snowboard must be opened. The boot is also attached to the snowboard not optimal with this known snowboard binding, which in particular applies to the lateral fixation of the boot in the heel or heel area. Despite high clamping forces, there is the possibility of a resilient lateral Evasion, through which an optimal control of the snowboard is not possible.
In ski bindings, two jaws are known as the rear binding element provide (WO 80/00063), the space between them for receiving a boot and form lateral contact surfaces for the boot. There is one in each cheek slit-shaped recess is provided, which is provided on the ski boot and laterally pin protruding from the boot is insertable. The recess is at one for this with the binding of the upper side of the ski facing away open. Furthermore, the Recess an oblique course such that de boots after its insertion in the Binding by a front binding element with the pin in the recesses are secured against slipping out. This known binding is a pure ski binding.
A ski binding is known (EP 0 343 302 A1) in which both a front and a rear binding element two the ski boots between them forms receiving jaws and on both jaws of each binding element a recess is provided for receiving a projection on the ski boot. One of the two binding elements is about an axis transverse to the longitudinal axis of the ski and parallel to the Tread of the ski pivoted so that in an open position of the binding concerned ski boots with its projections in the recesses of the cheeks is insertable and then by pivoting the front binding element in a Closed position all four protrusions on the boot in the recesses of the cheeks are held. This known binding is also a pure one Ski binding.
The object of the invention is to demonstrate a snowboard binding which has the disadvantages known snowboard bindings avoided and with simple and easy Handling a reliable fixation of the boot in the binding and thus on Snowboard guaranteed.
ausgebildet. To achieve this object is a binding according to
The snowboard binding according to the invention is simple and comfortable to put on or getting into the binding possible that the respective boot with the at least one projection in the slot-shaped recess of the rear Binding element inserted and then in this recess by the Baking the binding element provided locking element is locked. The Fixing the boot in the binding is done without tightening the boot feathers on the snowboard and in particular without great effort. It is also possible to release the boot from the binding without exerting any force.
Forces acting transversely to the longitudinal axis of the boot are caused by the jaws formed support surfaces with corresponding counter surfaces on the boot interact, recorded in a controlled manner. These support surfaces are, for example Areas of the at least one recess and / or areas of the jaws of the Binding element outside the recess. The counter surfaces are then either Surfaces of the at least one projection and / or surfaces of the boot.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention Heel or heel area of the boot on each lengthways each side of the boot has a projection formed, which is then transverse with its longitudinal extent or is perpendicular to the boot axis. With this training is then also a direct transmission from around the boot axis acting leverage or torque between Boots and snowboard possible, as they (torques) when Edge of the snowboard occurs. This will create a direct edge control with simultaneous mobility in Direction of travel reached.
Especially when the front binding element in the binding system according to the invention also from a resilient Bracket is formed, a clamping in the invention of the boot between the front and the back Binding element always with the same and in particular also achieved with optimal strength, so that an unwanted Release of the boot from the binding by the driving dynamics is prevented.
Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

Weiterhin ist jeder Schlitz 15 geneigt bzw. schräg verlaufend
derart ausgebildet, daß die Längserstreckung dieses Schlitzes

Bindungselement 8 abgewandten Seite hin öffnet.Furthermore, each
To fix the
The binding 6 allows easy connection of the snowboard

bilden. Mit den Verbindungsstücken 19 ist das Bindungselement
9a beispielsweise direkt an der Grundplatte 7 angeschraubt.Figures 5 and 6 show a possible
der Schlitze 15 bzw. deren Mittelachsen.6 shows in detail the elements of the locking device,

Fig. 6 mit unterbrochenen Linien dargestellten nicht verriegelnden
Stellung vorspannt. At the upper end, each locking
verriegelnden Stellung befindliche Verriegelungselement 16
The locking device further comprises one by one

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7-10

Die Figuren 14 und 15 zeigen als bevorzugte Ausführungsform
ein Bindungselement 9b, welches wiederum aus den beiden
gehäuseartigen Abstützbacken 13 mit jeweils einem Schlitz 15
besteht. Anstelle des Verriegelungselementes 16 ist ein
Verriegelungselement 16a vorgesehen.
betreffenden Schlitz 15 an seinem oberen, offenen Ende
verschließt und dadurch einen im Schlitz 15 sitzenden
Vorsprung 5 verriegelt.
Bindungselement 8 abgewandten Seite des Schlitzes 15 liegt.FIGS. 14 and 15 show a preferred embodiment

verriegelt.Forms at the free end of the hook-shaped
Stellung geschwenkt.The axis of the
Verriegelungseinrichtungen verzichtet. Diese sind vielmehr im
wesentlichen auf die hakenartigen Verriegelungselemente 16a
reduziert.The binding 6a and its
