Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wirtschaftsmaschine zum Holzspalten, die auch zum Obstpressen einsetzbar ist, mit einem vorzugsweise geschlossenen Rahmen und einer auf- und niederbewegbaren Kolbenstange, die von einem Hydraulikzylinder zumindest abwärts verstellbar ist und am unteren Ende einen Spaltkeil trägt, wobei der Rahmen einen querverlaufenden bzw. horizontalen unteren Träger als Widerlager aufweist.
Aus der CA-PS 1084 814 ist eine zum Holzspalten verwendbare Maschine bekannt, die einen in einem Rahmen auf- und abbewegbaren Spaltkeil aufweist. Diese Maschine kann mit beträchtlichem Aufwand und nicht sehr effizient zum Obstpressen umgerüstet bzw. eingesetzt werden. Eine ähnliche Einrichtung zeigt die AT-PS 369 311, welche Einrichtung hydraulisch angetrieben ist und das Zubringen des Holzes zur Spaltmaschine unterstützt. Auch aus der US-PS 3 285 304 ist eine hydraulische Holzspalteinrichtung bekannt. Diese beiden zuletzt beschriebenen Maschinen sind jedoch nur zum Zerkleinern von Holz geeignet.
Um eine Wirtschaftsmaschine der eingangs genannten Art besser verwendbar und leichter umrüstbar zu machen bzw. nicht für verschiedene Arbeiten jeweils eigene teure Maschinen erstehen zu müssen, ist eine Wirtschaftsmaschine der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem unteren Träger ein gegebenenfalls auf einem senkrechten Träger des Rahmens in den Rahmen einschwenkbar gelagerter Presskorb abstützbar ist, der einen oberen, auf das Pressgut auflegbaren Pressdeckel bzw. eine Abdeckung besitzt, dass zur Druckbeaufschlagung der Abdeckung durch den Pressstempel bzw.
das Zwischenstück das Ende der Kolbenstange zur Aufnahme eines Pressstempels oder des Spaltkeiles ausgebildet ist und/oder unterhalb des Spaltkeiles auf der Abdeckung ein vorzugsweise quaderförmiges, gegebenfalls eine Nut zur Aufnahme der Schneide des Spaltkeiles besitzendes, Unterlags- bzw. Zwischenstück zur Umwandlung der Spaltwirkung des Spaltkeiles in eine Flächenpresswirkung vorgesehen ist und dass zwischen dem Presskorb und dem unteren Träger eine Auffangtasse vorgesehen bzw. einsetzbar ist. Durch relativ einfache Vorkehrungen kann die Wirtschaftsmaschine zum Auspressen von Früchten verwendbar gemacht werden, wobei der Antrieb und der Rahmen unverändert beibehalten werden und die Ausbildung eines optimalen Flächendrucks gewährleistet ist.
Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn zwischen dem Pressstempel bzw. dem Unterlags- bzw. Zwischenstück und der Abdeckung ein Druckübertragungsbalken bzw.-brett od. dgl. angeordnet ist, womit der Druck vergleichmässigt wird Zweckmässig ist es ferner, wenn der Korpus des Spaltkeils bzw. des Pressstempels eine Ausnehmung für die Kolbenstange aufweist und gegebenenfalls eine in die Ausnehmung ragende Feststellschraube zur Fixierung vorgesehen ist, womit die Handhabung beim Austauschen vereinfacht wird.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Es zeigen : Fig. 1 einen schematischen Schnitt durch eine als Obstpresse verwendete Wirtschaftsmaschine, Fig. 2 eine abgewandelte Detailansicht, Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf einen Presskorb und Fig. 4 und 4a Zwischenstücke.
Gemäss Fig. 1 sind in einem gegebenenfalls mit Standbeinen (2) versehenen Rahmen (1) aus Eisen bzw.
Stahl einer an sich üblichen Holzspaltmaschine auf seinem unteren Querträger eine Auffangtasse (3) und auf ihr ein Presskorb (4) angeordnet. Im vorliegenden Fall ist der Presskorb (4) horizontal schwenkbar mit Lagern (5) auf einem seitlichen Träger des Rahmens (1) befestigt.
Im Presskorb (4) befindet sich Pressgut (6), auf das eine Press- bzw. Abdeckplatte (7), insbesondere aus stärkerem Holz, aufgelegt ist. Darüber ist eine Zwischenlage (8), z. B. ein dickeres Brett od. dgl., angeordnet, um den Pressdruck zu übertragen. Auf der Zwischenlage (8) ruht ein Zwischenstück (9), das, gegebenenfalls in einer Nut (14), von der Schneide eines Spaltkeils (10) belastet wird. Der Spaltkeil (10) ist mit einer Feststellschraube (15) an einer Kolbenstange (11) befestigt, die von einem Hals des Spaltkeils aufgenommen ist und die durch einen Hydraulikzylinder (12) verstellbar ist, der von einer Versorgungseinheit (13) mit Druckfluid beaufschlagt ist, um die Kolbenstange (11) nach unterf zu pressen.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Anordnung, bei der von der Kolbenstange (11) ein Pressstempel (16) getragen wird, der auf der Zwischenlage (8) direkt aufliegt.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf den Presskorb (4) mit der den Presskorb nach oben abschliessenden Abdeckung (7), der Zwischenlage (8) und den Zwischenstück (9). Die Auffangtasse (3) überragt den Presskorb (4) seitlich.
Fig. 4 und 4a zeigen Zwischenstücke (9), die verwendet werden, um die Spaltwirkung des Spaltkeiles (10) aufzunehmen und in eine Flächenpressung umzuwandeln. Die Form der Zwischenstücke (9) ist an sich beliebig.
Es kann auch eine planparallele Platte oder eine mit einer Nut für den Spaltkeil versehene Platte vorgesehen werden. Das Zwischenstück (9) kann auch bombiert bzw. in der Mitte nach oben gewölbt sein.
Vorteilhafterweise besteht es aus Hartholz oder Metall.
Die Grundfläche des Zwischenstückes (9) bzw. eines Pressstempels (16) ist relativ klein, um einen vertikalen Pressdruck zu gewährleisten.
Die Versorgungseinheit (13) kann als Kraftquelle einen Elektromotor besitzen oder an die Hydraulikanlage eines Traktors angeschlossen werden. Zur Beförderung der Wirtschaftsmaschine kann diese zur Befestigung an der Dreipunktaufhängung eines Traktors ausgebildet sein.
Die Höhe des Presskorbes (4) ist an die Verstellhöhe der Kolbenstange (11) angepasst, die soweit niederbewegt können werden muss, dass einerseits lange Holzstücke einwandfrei gespalten werden bzw. volle Presskörbe ausgepresst werden können. Seine Breite bzw. sein Durchmesser wird derart gewählt, dass er den Platz zwischen den senkrechten Trägem des Rahmens möglichst gut ausfüllt.
Der Rahmen (1) kann auch C-Form besitzen, wobei am oberen Ende des C die Kolbenstange (11) getragen wird und das untere Ende als Widerlager dient.

Die Umwandlung der Wirtschaftsmaschine geht einfach und rasch vor sich. Es genügt der Austausch des Spaltkeiles durch einen Pressstempel oder die Einfügung eines Zwischenstückes unter den Spaltkeil sowie das Einschwenken des Presskorbes, um anstelle von Holzspalten Obstpressen zu können.
Es versteht sich, dass in gleicher Weise auch von einer Obstpresse ausgegangen werden kann, die durch Austausch des Pressstempels durch einen Spaltkeil und Entfernung des Presskorbes in ein Holzspaltgerät umwandelbar ist, wobei der untere Querträger des Rahmens als Widerlager für das Holz oder einen Spalttisch dient.
Wesentlich ist die Ausbildung des Spaltkeiles und des Pressstempels derart, dass die beiden abwechselnd am Ende der Kolbenstange (11) befestigt werden können.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1. Wirtschaftsmaschine zum Holzspalten, die auch zum Obstpressen einsetzbar ist, mit einem vorzugsweise geschlossenen Rahmen und einer auf- und niederbewegbaren Kolbenstange, die von einem Hydraulikzylinder zumindest abwärts verstellbar ist und am unteren Ende einen Spaltkeil trägt, wobei der Rahmen einen querverlaufenden bzw. horizontalen unteren Träger als Widerlager aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem unteren Träger ein gegebenenfalls auf einem senkrechten Träger des Rahmens (1) in den Rahmen einschwenkbar gelagerter Presskorb (4) abstützbar ist, der einen oberen, auf das Pressgut auflegbaren Pressdeckel bzw. eine Abdeckung (7) besitzt, dass zur Druckbeaufschlagung der Abdeckung (7) durch den Pressstempel (16) bzw.
das Zwischenstück (18) das Ende der Kolbenstange (11) zur Aufnahme eines Pressstempels (16) oder des Spaltkeiles (10) ausgebildet ist und/oder unterhalb des Spaltkeiles (10) auf der Abdeckung (7) ein vorzugsweise quaderförmiges, gegebenenfalls eine Nut (14) zur Aufnahme der Schneide des Spaltkeiles (10) besitzendes, Unterlags- (9) bzw. Zwischenstück (8) zur Umwandlung der Spaltwirkung des Spaltkeiles (10) in eine Flächenpresswirkung vorgesehen ist und dass zwischen dem Presskorb (4) und dem unteren Träger eine Auffangtasse (3) vorgesehen bzw. einsetzbar ist.
