Mit 18 ist ein Schwinghebel positioniert, der die Umsetzeinrichtung 19 mit den Greifermitteln oder Saugermitteln 20 im Sinne einer Umsetzbewegung für die Blechteile (Werkstücke) bewegt. Die Stößel 11, 12 und ggf. auch der Stößel 25, sind über Führungsmittel, die insgesamt mit 13 positioniert sind, an den Längstraversen auf- und abbewegbar gelagert. An den Stößein 11, 12 befinden sich Werkzeugoberteile 14, die mit Werkzeugunterteilen 15 auf einem aus der Pressenanlage herausfahrbaren Schiebetisch 16 zusammenwirken. Die Stößel 11, 12 sowie 25 sind an insgesamt mit 21 positionierten Pleueln aufgehängt, die in Fig. 1 als Strich-Punktlinien angedeutet sind. In Fig. 4 sind die Anlenkpunkte 22 der Pleuel 21 an den Stößein 11, 12 angedeutet. Die Pleuel 21 sind über Motore 26, Schwungrad 27, Hauptwelle 24 und in den Kopfstücken eingebauten Getrieben 23 antreibbar. Claims (3)

  1. Multistage press, transfer press and similar press installation, having a press body comprising press stands (3), a press platen (5) and head pieces (6, 7, 8), these press parts being rigidly connected to one another by means of clamping anchors (10), having rams (25, 11, 12) for the forming operation and a transfer device (18, 19, 20) for the transfer movement of workpieces between the operating stages (1, 2) and drive means (23, 24, 26, 27) for the movement drive of the rams (25, 11, 12) and the transfer device (18, 19, 20), characterized in that a longitudinal member (9) runs in the longitudinal extent of the press installation in front of and behind the rams (11, 12) in each case, and these extend in each case over the length at least of the operating stages (2), in that a pair of press stands (3) are arranged in each case after the drawing stage (1) and before the following (subsequent) operating stages (2) and after the operating stages (2), of which one press stand (3) is located in front of the rams (11, 12) and one press stand (3) is located behind the rams (11, 12), on which stands the longitudinal members (9) are supported and are clamped by means of clamping anchors (10), at least the head pieces (7, 8) assigned to the operating stages (2) being placed on the longitudinal members (9), and in that perpendicularly running guides (13) are arranged on the longitudinal members (9), in which guides at least the rams (11, 12) of the operating stages (2) are mounted so that they can be moved up and down with complementary guides (13).
