Die in den Figuren gezeigte Pressenanlage weist eine Ziehstufe 1 und Arbeitsstufen 2 auf. Mit 3 sind Pressenständer positioniert, die über Pressenquertraversen 4 auf dem Pressenfundament 17 aufgestellt sind. Auf den Pressenquertraversen 4, die sich vor und hinter den Arbeitsstufen 2, in Längserstreckung der Presse gesehen, befinden, liegt ein Pressentisch 5 auf. Es ist möglich, die Pressenständer 3 unter Zwischenlage des Pressentisches 5 auf den Pressenquertraversen 4 aufzusetzen. Auf den Pressenständern 3 sind Längstraversen 9 aufgesetzt, die sich zumindest über den Gesamtbereich der Arbeitsstufen 2 erstrecken und von denen eine Längstraverse 9 vor den Stößein 11, 12, eine Längstraverse 9 hinter den Stößeln 11, 12, bezogen auf Fig. 1 angeordnet sind. Die Längstraversen können sich über die Gesamtlänge der Pressenanlage erstrecken. Auf den Längstraversen 9 sind Kopfstücke 7, 8 aufgesetzt; ein weiteres Kopfstück 6 ist der Ziehstufe 1 zugeordnet. Das Aufsetzen der Kopfstücke 7, 8 und ggf. auch des Kopfstückes 6 führt zu einer wesentlichen Verbesserung im Gesamtaufhau der Pressenanlage, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Stabilität. Pressenquertraversen 4, Pressenständer 3, Pressentisch 5, Längstraversen 9 und Kopfstücke 7, 8 sind vermittels Spannanker 10 zu einer Baueinheit verspannt. Mit 18 ist ein Schwinghebel positioniert, der die Umsetzeinrichtung 19 mit den Greifermitteln oder Saugermitteln 20 im Sinne einer Umsetzbewegung für die Blechteile (Werkstücke) bewegt. Die Stößel 11, 12 und ggf. auch der Stößel 25, sind über Führungsmittel, die insgesamt mit 13 positioniert sind, an den Längstraversen auf- und abbewegbar gelagert. An den Stößein 11, 12 befinden sich Werkzeugoberteile 14, die mit Werkzeugunterteilen 15 auf einem aus der Pressenanlage herausfahrbaren Schiebetisch 16 zusammenwirken. Die Stößel 11, 12 sowie 25 sind an insgesamt mit 21 positionierten Pleueln aufgehängt, die in Fig. 1 als Strich-Punktlinien angedeutet sind. In Fig. 4 sind die Anlenkpunkte 22 der Pleuel 21 an den Stößein 11, 12 angedeutet. Die Pleuel 21 sind über Motore 26, Schwungrad 27, Hauptwelle 24 und in den Kopfstücken eingebauten Getrieben 23 antreibbar. Während insbesondere aus den Fign. 1 bis 3 der Gesamtaufbau der Pressenanlage zu erkennen ist, zeigt Fig. 4 die Lagerung der Stößel 11, 12 an den Längstraversen 9 vermittels der Führungen 13.The press system shown in the figures has a drawing stage 1 and
