Even with machines in which the turntable and intermediate plate are arranged alternately, the intermediate plates must grip under the clapper foot, because they also become smaller due to the larger wheel plates (taking into account the presence of turntables).
One can now proceed in this way in the constructive implementation of this inventive concept.
EMI2.1
With such a turntable arrangement, the clapper is guided just as securely as when the turntable is arranged between the footplates. The mode of action of the bobbin guide is as follows: Since the center of gravity of the bobbin is quite high above the bobbin foot, the bobbin tends to tip over outwards as a result of the centrifugal force communicated to it while running. This endeavor is now noticeable in the bobbin guide that the frictional pressure between the foot plates on the turntable comes from above, while the pressure on the wheel plate is from below, as indicated by the arrow lines in FIGS. 7 and 8.
The above-mentioned embodiments of the invention are shown in FIGS.
FIG. 7 is a section through a rotary plate arrangement with double wheel plates and a single-plate clapper foot, while FIG. 8 likewise shows in section a rotary plate arrangement with a two-plate clapper foot and a lower set rotary plate. 9 to 12 are two views each of a cin-plate and two-plate clapper foot.
The construction measures are readily apparent from the drawing. The arrangement of the drive wheels, the attachment of the turntable and wheel plate are the same as generally usual. Compare this to the embodiment of an intermediate plate shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 respectively. Old version turntable in connection with the known details In the construction in Fig. 7, the lower part a of the wheel plate and the D plate c are in one and the same plane. The clapper foot m protrudes into the groove e and is held in place by the upper part b of the wheel plate.
In the construction in Fig. 8, the turntable c is below the lower one
Mounted footplate Mt of an ordinary clapper foot. The bobbin base expediently has a second heart z. which lies on the turntable, while the other leads to the wheel plate a.
