The invention relates to a subdivision for refrigerated containers and for refrigerated bodies.
Refrigerated containers are manufactured in large lengths, with a cooling unit attached to the outside of one end wall and access via a double-leaf door on the other end wall. With the cooling unit, the entire interior can be cooled or kept at freezing temperature. In the case of parked containers that are filled in stages with refrigerated goods, the refrigeration unit must now also keep the space not filled with refrigerated goods at a low temperature of e.g. B.-20 C.
In southern countries, this can put a heavy load on the cooling unit, since the sun is particularly strong there and the high environmental temperatures affect the entire cooling room. H. a large amount of energy is required for cooling.
Likewise, a smaller storage space would be advantageous for smaller producer groups, depending on the refrigerated goods that are constantly accumulated, which would be better adapted to the cooling requirements up to the total filling and the transport of the container.
An example of this is fishing, meat processing and also fruit or vegetable production in smaller rural areas, in developing countries, but also in the southern countries.
In metropolitan areas, the removal and transportation of refrigerated goods is not a problem. However, fish are e.g. B. mostly caught by small fishermen in most countries, whereby in this area over 20% of the fish spoil due to insufficient sales opportunities and a large part is used which does not correspond to the best possible utilization level.
To link the fish caught in this area to existing customer chains, it is necessary to cool the fish. However, since there is no full container filling per catch and the energy for cooling has to be used accordingly sparingly, an increasing number of cold rooms would make sense to fill the container in stages - depending on the catch result - until it is transported away. This problem would also apply to farms, e.g. B. apply to the fruit and vegetable harvest.
The invention has for its object to provide a subdivision for refrigerated containers and refrigerated superstructures, which enables a variable range of cold stores and is easier to install and handle.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that at least one partition which can be moved on rollers can be used in the cooling space of the container, which has a sealing passage door, is surrounded by sealing elements for sealing against the inner wall of the container and consists of a shell made of non-corroding material which is on the inside is filled with an insulating agent. Advantageous developments of the invention result from the features of claims 2 to 12.
Preferred embodiments of the invention are described in more detail below, for example; 1 shows a longitudinal section through a refrigerated container; Figure 2 is a section along the line II-II in Figure 1 - plan. 3 shows a cross section along the line 111-111 in Fig. 1. Fig. 4 shows a combination of the partition with a plate freezer.
In Fig. 1, a refrigerated container is shown in longitudinal section, which in a conventional manner

A partition --8-- is set up at a freely selectable distance from the front wall --1--. The external dimensions are selected so that the wall --8-- can be easily moved --9 - in the interior. This is made easier by arranging --8-several rollers --10-- on the lower edge of the partition in such a way that the partition --8-- is guided over the floor with a small gap.
The space --11-- remaining on the side walls --7-- and the roof --5-- is either bridged with sealing lips, creating a seal between the freezer compartment --12-- and the rest of the refrigerator compartment. To avoid the friction of the sealing lips, one can also

So that the narrow partition --8-- cannot tip over, a stabilizing frame --14-- is attached on one side, which is also provided with rollers --15-- at the top and bottom.
In the middle of the partition --8-- there is a sealing passage door -16-- for access to the deep-freeze room --12--. In order to prevent the cold from flowing out when the door --16-- is opened, a curtain --17-- is attached to the stabilization frame --14--.
So that the remaining space in front of the partition --8-- can also be tempered accordingly, e.g. For example, at a refrigerator temperature of +5 C, a ventilation opening --18-- is provided above the passage door -16--, in which a thermostatically controlled fan --19-- is installed. This means that goods that are not suitable for deep-freezing can be stored for a short time.
The freezer compartment --12-- is selected according to the size of the frozen goods by moving the partition ':' - 8-- accordingly large. The prepared frozen goods --24-- are stored in transport boxes or on usable racks. When the selected room is filled and new goods are available for storage, the partition --8-- is moved backwards to door-4-- and the new goods are stored.
This process is repeated until the container is completely filled and can be removed. The partition --8-- can be pulled out of the container before each removal and can be converted into the new one to be filled.
As a variant, the partition --8-- can be combined with a plate freezer --20--, which either has its own cooling unit --21-- or can be acted upon by an outside cooling unit --3-- via a flexible line. With this combination, the stabilization frame --14-- can be omitted.
The partition --8-- is made of a shell --22-- made of non-corroding material, such as

or construction.
