The invention relates to a fastener for solar panels and similar plate-like structures on tile, shingle and similar roofs, which consists of a thin plate that can be inserted under the tile, is screwed to moisture-proof screws on brick slats and in the lower free-standing part one of the plate has projecting cross member as a bracket.
Due to the new standards on wind forces, larger wind forces than previously have to be taken into account for roofs and collectors, especially suction forces are to be assumed to be considerably higher.
The previously usual type of collector fastening for tiled or Eternit roofs by inserting brackets into the roof covering is no longer sufficient, since this does not provide any security against lifting or lifting the collector. Bricks or shingles are likely to break when they are lifted briefly and then hit the collector.
It is known to fasten solar panels with screws on profile rails, which in turn are screwed onto the roof structure, these screws being covered in the rails against moisture. However, these rails are continuously integrated in the roof structure and cannot be retrofitted.
It is also known to fasten snow traps on tile roofs with panels inserted under the tiles, which have a cross bar in their lower free-standing part. However, this part only rests on the bricks and is therefore not held down so that it can stand out due to wind suction forces.
In order to avoid these disadvantages and to enable simple, flawless fastening of the collector or other structural elements in the case of tiled roofs, Eternit roofs of different types of roofing and similar roofing, a fastening element was developed according to the invention, which is characterized in that it is located on its top in the lower free-standing part the plate is held down by screws screwed into the brick slats on the bricks and that in this area the cross member is also designed as a connection bracket for the collector.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawings, for example, FIG. 1 showing a top view of the mounted fastening element, FIG. 2 a longitudinal section and FIG. 3 a cross section.
As can be seen from the drawings, the fastening element consists of a sheet metal plate --2--, preferably made of a corrosion-resistant material such as stainless steel, which is simply fitted into the roof covering on the outside of the sheet after it has been adapted to the respective type of cover - -1-- inserted between the bricks and then screwed into the underlying brick slat (purlin) --10-- using screws --6--. To ensure that the holes required for the screws --6-- do not cause any sealing problems, the screws --6-- are arranged in tube sleeves --3-- welded to the plate --2--. After screwing, the pipe sleeve --3-- can be poured out with sealing compounds and / or closed with a cover plug --7--.
