The invention relates to a clamping and adjusting device for the squeegee tube, in particular of circular stencil printing machines, with a holder having a carrier shell for the end of the squeegee tube with a sleeve which is axially displaceably mounted on the ap of a guide rod, preferably for vertical adjustment, and possibly pivotable about it.
A known clamping device consists of a ring with an axial slot in which ring
EMI1.1
Doctor ring tube, the ring is attached to a bolt, which in turn is slidably mounted in a sleeve.
Instead of a ring, the use of a carrier shell is also known from DE-OS 2450231.
The clamping and adjusting device disclosed in US Pat. No. 3, 686, 861 also shows a support shell for the doctor blade tube, which support shell is articulated on levers and can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. However, it is disadvantageous that the adjustment movements overlap one another, making exact adjustment very difficult.
The invention has accordingly set itself the task of creating a clamping and adjusting device that avoids the disadvantages shown.
It is therefore proposed according to the invention that, preferably for horizontal adjustment, an eccentric guide bush is rotatably mounted in the sleeve, the position of which can optionally be fixed by means of a knurled screw or the like.
The adjustment movements can then be carried out easily and precisely independently of one another.
The invention will now be described in more detail using exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawings, without this being understood in a restrictive sense. FIG. 1 shows the side view of a clamping and adjusting device according to the invention and FIG. 2 shows a top view of FIG. 1.
The clamping and setting device for a squeegee tube --2-- is arranged on both sides of a round template --12--, whereby the Fig.! shows a schematic side view of this circular template station. A threaded, vertical guide rod --6-- is mounted on the machine frame. A supporting shell --1-- with a sleeve --5-- is mounted on the guide rod --6--.
To clamp the ink supply and squeegee tube --2--, a clamping bracket --3-- can be swiveled over the supporting shell --1--, which is --4-pressed by means of a likewise swiveling clamping screw.
The sleeve --5-- of the support shell --1-- can be moved axially along the guide rod --6-- via a threaded sleeve --7--. For an unintentional rotation of the threaded sleeve --7-- and thus
EMI1.2
--7-- using a guide rod --6-- a spacer sleeve --14-- pushed.
Since the squeegee edge of the squeegee blade or the like may deviate from the stencil contact line during operation or assembly of the squeegee device, there is an eccentric guide sleeve between the threaded sleeve --7-- and the sleeve --5-- 9-- arranged.
By turning the guide bushes --9-- there is a horizontal displacement of the clamping device, so that an exact parallel adjustment of the squeegee to the template contact line is achieved.
An unintentional rotation of the eccentric guide bush-9-is prevented by a knurled screw-10-, which radially penetrates the sleeve --5-- and clamps the guide bushes --9.
