Device to prevent faeces and gases from being sucked into the
Pressurized water pipe.
The present invention relates to a device which is intended to prevent faeces and gases from being sucked into the pressurized water pipe in water flushing toilets with a self-closing valve, but allows the inlet valve to be switched on before the non-return valve or between this and the toilet basin, as desired or required.
For this purpose, as can be seen from the lavatory equipped with the above innovation in FIG. 1 and the second embodiment of the device each in longitudinal section in FIG. 2, the safety lock g becomes independent of the water supply through distribution pipes b to the Self-closing valves c causing lavatory basin a, to which the water pipe d connects in a known manner. Arranged in a special case.
The safety lock f can for example be an ordinary valve whose
EMI1.1
of the escaping water opens, but after the latter stops, it closes under its own weight
Since the closure body should be easily accessible and the closure should act as a ventilation valve at the same time, its housing i is equipped with a removable cover k with an opening m which opens outwards.
When suction occurs in the water supply line, this closure body is pressed against its seat, thus preventing the penetration of backwater liquid or gases into the water supply line.
EMI1.2
caused by air in the line and thus weakening of the suction effect, while with the valve open, the self-closing body y is lifted from its seat and moved to the air inlet opening m, thereby preventing water from escaping through the latter during flushing.
EMI1.3
switch on the line and in both cases achieve a completely safe working method.
