    Haarnadel.

    Hairpin.

It is known to bend the hairpin at any angle in order to give the hair that is under the bend a more firm hold. With the hairpin according to the present invention, this effect is significantly increased in that a flat or arbitrarily curved cover plate is arranged on it, which moreover forms a pleasing hair ornament.

In the drawing, an embodiment of such a hairpin is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in front or. Side view illustrates while Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment.

On the back of a two-pronged or multi-pronged hairpin 1, a plate 2 of any shape is arranged, preferably symmetrically, in such a way that it completely covers the back of the needle. J
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the plate can be arranged obliquely or, as shown in FIG. 3, horizontally on the needle.

The plate 2 is either glued to the needle (FIGS. 1 and 2) or connected to it by a pin or the like, which is expediently masked by an ornament 3, as illustrated in FIG.

The plate 2 holds down the hair located around the needle, whereby the purpose of the needle is significantly increased. It can also serve as an ornament or jewelry.
