A razor and razor dispenser for use with such a razor
The invention relates to a razor having a razor blade having a cutting edge which is permanently attached to a substantially rigid body, a head for receiving and locking the rigid body with the razor blade and a handle for holding the head in the shaving position, and furthermore a Dispenser for razor blades for use with such a razor which has a housing for a plurality of the rigid bodies, each with a razor blade permanently attached thereto, which housing has an opening into which the head of the razor can be at least partially inserted.
Up to now, thin double-edged razor blades have mainly been used for shaving, which are inserted into an apparatus serving as a razor blade holder by the user, with the blades being replaced when they can no longer be used for further use.
Such razors have a guide surface which is guided along the skin of the user and represents both the guide of the device and a certain protection against the penetration of the cutting edge of the blade into the skin. This guide surface is often designed in the manner of a comb in order to allow the hair to pass through the prongs. During use, the razor is moved over the skin at a certain angle so that the cutting edge of the razor blade penetrates the hair immediately above the skin. The angle between the skin and the razor blade is called the "razor angle" or the "angle of attack".
In order to achieve a satisfactory shave, the shaving angle must be large enough to accommodate a

However, the angle of attack must not be so large that the cutting edge can penetrate the skin and damage it. This setting or shaving angle is determined by the position of the cutting edge of the blade relative to the guide surface of the razor, the so-called comb.
In an attempt to obtain an optimal position of the cutting edge with respect to the guide surface of the razor blade holder, holders were created in which the curvature of the razor blade clamped in the "razor blade holder can be changed within a limited range in order to adjust the distance between the blade edge and the comb surface. Da however, tolerances are just as unavoidable in blade manufacture as they arise between different brands of razor blades, it is not always possible to provide the optimal setting, so that a correction of the setting is necessary with each blade change.
A razor and an associated magazine were created solely for the purpose of mechanizing the replacement of the razor blade, whereby, in addition to the conventional razor blades, very similar blades with two cutting edges were used, which, however, were each connected to a U-shaped sheet metal profile part. New and used blades of this type are stacked in the magazine, separated from one another by a spring.
By laterally inserting the head of the razor into the magazine parallel to the direction of the cutting edges of the razor blade, one can

Date were used.
The angle of inclination of the holding tongues --24a, 24b - can be selected taking the following points into account. If the angle is too large, the length of the dispenser can become undesirably long, whereas if the angle is too small it becomes difficult to place the handle on a razor blade block in order to remove it, since the feed of the handle through the dispenser is hindered.
The openings in the base plate --26 - of the output device are only provided to facilitate the removal of the workpiece from the mold during manufacture.
13 to 17 show further embodiments of an output device and a handle. The razor blade blocks -30-, which are stored in the dispenser -31-, essentially have a construction corresponding to the representation in FIGS. 1 to 4 with a razor blade -30a-. Instead of the guide groove -10e-a keyway -30b-of limited length is formed and the shoulder -10f-has been omitted. The rear part of the block --30 - was also inclined a little. The razor blocks --30-- have front and rear extensions --30c, 30b-- at each end.
The handle --32-- has a head - 32a - with an elongated, transverse opening for receiving a razor blade block --30--, the width of the head --32a-- being such that the front and rear extensions --30c, 30b-- of the block --30-- extend beyond the corresponding edges of the head - 32a-addition. The handle -32- in turn has cams -32b-on each side of the head -32a - which serve a purpose to be described. A locking latch-33- is pressed outwards by a spring -34- and protrudes into the opening in the head-32a-.
The output device --31-- consists of a base plate --31a-- and side walls --31b-- and has an open top. To remove a razor block --0-, the head --32a-- of the handle --32-- is put over the block -30-, which is in the
