Fundamentverkleidung

Foundation cladding
The invention relates to a foundation cladding for a prefabricated
Building built up with space cells, which rests on foundation beams.
Room cells have become known which are transported in prefabricated form to the building site and there are quickly and easily put together to form a one-story or multi-story building supported on foundation beams.
The invention aims to provide a foundation cladding that is not only beautiful and cheap, but also durable, and that can be installed quickly and easily.
This aim is achieved according to the invention by a prefabricated foundation plate which is supported on a support arranged on the foundation beam, in particular on a support beam arranged on the foundation beam, and is almost in alignment with an outer wall of the building.
An advantageous embodiment results when a sealing strip is arranged between the upper edge of the foundation cover plate and the lower edge of the outer wall of the building.
In an expedient manner, the foundation cover plate including its attachment can be made in one piece from concrete.
In buildings with parallel foundation beams, the foundation cover plates can be arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the same.
In the drawings, an exemplary embodiment of a foundation cladding is illustrated, on the basis of which the invention is described in more detail below. 1 shows the perspective partial view of two row houses and FIG. 2 shows, on an enlarged scale, a vertical section through the lower part of a lower room box resting on a foundation.
In Fig. 1, two houses A and B built next to each other are illustrated, but house B is only partially visible. The houses consist of box-shaped prefabricated parts, u. Between the ground floor of each house from three such room cells - 1, 2 and 3 - and also the upper floor from three room cells - 4, 5 and 6 -. The room cells - 1, 2 and 3 - rest on foundation beams - 7, 8 and 9 - which run transversely to their longitudinal direction and offer them a secure support.
Only room cells 10, 11 and 12 of house B can be seen. The individual room cells each consist of a frame made of metal beams to which the walls or walls are attached.
In Fig. 2 a part of the lower room cell --3 - and the foundation supporting it is shown. The lower area of an outer wall - is held by a beam - 34 - of the room cell - 3 -, the lower strut --497-- on one connected to the beam --34--
