Abstract

Bei diesem Nutprofil handelt es sich um ein Kunststoffprofil, das in ausgefräste Nuten in der Wärmedämmung von Vollwärmeschutzfassaden eingesteckt, verspachtelt und anschließend verputzt wird. Mit diesem Produkt ist ein genaueres und kostengünstigeres Erzeugen von Nuten möglich. Dieses Nutprofil dient zur Erleichterung beim Erzeugen von Fassadennuten für den Vollwärmeschutz Weiters schützt es vor Wassereintritt im Bereich der Nuten. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt werden Nuten auf folgende Art erzeugt: Ausfräsen der Nut aus der Wärmedämmung. Danach bringt man die Armierungsspachtel in die ausgefräste Nut. Nach mehrmaligem Spachteln der Nut und dem fertig ausgetrockneten Kleberbett kann die Grundierung bzw. der Putz aufgetragen werden. Bei dem neuen System wird die Nut nicht mehr mit Gewebespachtel ausgespachtelt, sondern: Nut vorfräsen in Wärmedämmung . Steckprofil hineinstecken , Anschlussflansch R bzw. L mit Gewebespachtel mit der Fläche verbinden , Kleber aushärten lassen, anschließend grundieren und das gesamte System putzen. Dieses Profil dient weiters als Arbeitserleichterung und zur Kostensenkung bei der Erzeugung der Fassadennuten . Mit diesem Produkt ist das Problem des Wass^ereifntntts durch Regen bzw. Spritzwasser behoben, da es sich hier um ein Kunststoffprofil mit überlappenden Stößen handelt,welches im Extremfall mit Silikon abgedichtet werden kann. Das Produkt wird in Kunststoff erzeugt, um die Möglichkeit des Putzens zu gewährleisten. Weiters bekommt der Verarbeiter bei richtiger Verarbeitung eine saubere und gerade Kante leichter zusammen. Es ist vorgesehen, diese Profile in verschiedenen Variationen zu erzeugen : 1. Verschiedene Nutbreiten (zwischen 1cm und 6cm), 2. Verschiedene Nuttiefen (zwischen 1cm und 4cm), 3. Verschiedene Putztiefen (zwischen 0,3 cm und 1,5 cm ), 4. Verschiedene Flanschbreiten, 5. Verschiedene Anordnungen der Verankerungslöcher , 6. Verschiedene Materialstärken, 7.
