Zur Verstei- fung des Behältermantels sind zweckmässig am fixen Mantelteil angeordnete Konsolen an zwei benach- i harten Behälterwänden befestigt, wobei der Mantel ausserhalb einer Symmetrieebene des Behälters die
Trennfugen aufweist.
Durch die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung des Behälters einer Reinigungsmaschine ist z. B. durch Lö- sen der zwei Schwenkriegel ein Mantelteil abhebbar, so dass die Reinigung des Behälters gründlich vor- genommen werden kann und gebrochene Flaschenteile einfach zu entfernen sind.
In den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung schematisch dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt
Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt nach der Linie I-I der Fig. 2 und diese eine Draufsicht auf eine Flaschenrei- nigungsmaschine.
Mit --1-- ist die Bodentasse der Maschine bezeichnet, die von Füssen --3-- getragen ist. Auf die senkrechte Randleiste --la-- der Bodentasse ist der Behältermantel --4-- aufgesetzt und mit seinem i Sickenwulst --5-- lagegesichert. Der Behältermantel --4-- trägt über Konsolen --6-- und Bürstenträ- ger --7-- die ruhenden Bürsten --8--, wogegen die in die Flaschen --9-- einführbaren, rotierenden Bürsten --10-- und die die Flaschen --9-- aussen bearbeitende drehende Bürste --11-- in der Boden- tasse-l-in an sich bekannterweise gelagert und von einem nicht dargestellten Antriebsaggregat ge- dreht werden.
Erfindungsgemäss ist der Behältermantel --4-- zu dem einleitend angeführten Zweck zweiteilig ausgebildet und besteht aus den Teilen --4a und 4b--, die an der ausserhalb der Symmetrieebene X-X angeordneten Trennfuge --12-- aneinander grenzen. Am Behälterteil --4a-- sind beidseits der Trenn- fugen Laschen 14-mittels 14-- mittels Schrauben --15-- befestigt, die über die Trennfuge --12-- vorste- hen, so dass ein Spalt für den Eintritt der Fugenkante vom Behälterteil --4-- gebildet ist. Durch diese
Verbindung kann kein Spritzwasser aus dem Behälter im Bereiche der Trennfugen austreten.
Im Be- reiche der Behälteroberkante ist jeweils an der obersten Laschenbefestigungsschraube-15-ein Schwenk- riegel --16-- an gelenkt, der in einen Bolzen --17-- des Behälterteiles --4b-- einrastet und so die Be- hälterteile oben zusammenhält. Unten sitzt der lösbare Behälterteil --4b-- innerhalb der Bodentasse - -1-- und mit dem Sickenwulst auf der oberen Randkante-la-der Bodentasse-l-auf. Da am lös- baren Behälterteil --4b-- keine Teile der Maschine befestigt sind, kann nach Lösen der Riegel --16-- und Erfassen des Mantelteiles --4b-- an Griffen --18-- der Mantelteil --4b-- abgehoben und der Be- hälter --4-- offen gelegt werden.
Um dem Behälter eine hohe Steifigkeit zu geben, ist jede, die Bürsten tragende Konsole --6-- je- weils an zwei benachbarten Behälterwänden des fixen Mantelteiles --4a-- befestigt, der sämtliche am
Behältermantel vorgesehene Maschinenteile trägt.
Die Erfindung ist auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel nicht beschränkt und kann für Flaschen- reinigungsmaschinen beliebiger Grösse und beliebiger Anordnung von fixen und rotierenden Bürsten An- wendung finden.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Flaschenreinigungsmaschine, bestehend aus einem die ruhenden und die drehenden Reinigungs- bürsten umgebenden, die Flaschen aufnehmenden und oben offenen Behälter, der aus einer Bodentasse und einem auf dieser sitzenden, ringsum geschlossenen Mantel aus Blech gebildet ist, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (4) durch Trennfugen in Richtung parallel zu den Achsen der rotie- renden Bürsten aus zwei oder mehr Mantelteilen (4a, 4b) besteht, die miteinander lösbar verbunden sind, so dass mindestens ein Mantelteil (4b) von der Maschine abnehmbar ist.
