Actuating device on a threading mechanism
The invention relates to an actuating device on a line-up mechanism, with line-up pins and with a folding bracket which is pivotably arranged on the base plate and whose cranked part is its
Web can be pressed down against the force of a spring, a bracket for mounting the actuating lever and with a slide shoe that is interposed between the web and the lever and is displaceable on the cranked part of the web.
Such an actuating device is already known in which the sliding shoe is mounted by means of a pin attached to the apex of the angled lever. It has also been proposed to mount a roller acting on the crank of the web on the bearing journal instead of the slide shoe. Both constructions, however, require the manufacture and fastening of the bearing pin and the making of a bore in the slide shoe or roller that receives this bearing pin, so they are relatively cumbersome to construct and expensive to manufacture.
An actuating device is also known in which a two-armed lever with the end of its load arm covered by a plastic cap acts on the crank of the web of the folding handle. In this embodiment, however, the relatively rapid wear of the plastic cap is disadvantageous.
The invention is based on the object of designing the actuating device for a threading mechanism simpler than before and of so designing it that the wear of parts sliding on one another remains as low as possible.
To achieve this object it is provided according to the invention that the angled lever has at its kink a cam engaging the sliding shoe, to which the shoe is assigned preferably a depression in the base of a groove parallel to the cranked part of the web.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. These show: FIG. 1 a slide shoe in a perspective view; FIG. 2 shows a detail from a threading mechanism in the closed position, with a slide shoe shown in longitudinal section, and FIG. 3 shows a detail from a threading mechanism in the open position, with slide shoe shown in longitudinal section.
The sliding shoe --1 - has a circular segment-shaped recess on its underside and a groove-12- of rectangular cross-section on its upper side.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, the recess-11-of the sliding shoe-1- is filled by the cranked part-2-of the web of a folding handle. An angled actuating lever --3-- is provided at its kink with a cam that engages the sliding shoe and engages in a recess --121-- in the base of the groove --12-- of the shoe.
To close the line-up device, slide the shoe - 1 - in the direction of the arrow --A--, to open it in the direction of the arrow-B-.
