Description

The invention relates to a substance which serves as a fertilizer, organic auxiliary, culture substrate or planting auxiliary.
The use of such substances in agriculture ensures increased productivity and low quality is therefore indispensable from an economic point of view of this branch of industry.
On the other hand, however, it is known that the massive use of fertilizers in recent decades has led to soil damage, which was first countered by a further increase in the fertilizer supply. The consequence was the destruction of the ecological balance of the soil and a washing out of the mineral substances contained in the soil, as well as the endangering of the groundwater varallem by Mitrate.
It is therefore a necessity and object of the present invention to reduce the nitrogen supply by means of fertilizers in order to reduce the nitrate load and yet to ensure the supply of nitrogen to the crop plants, so as not to forego the effects of nitrogen on the crop plants which promote the fumigation.
This object is achieved in that a substance which serves as a fertilizer, soil additive, culture substrate or planting agent contains substances which bind bacteria.
Bei überdüngten Böden kam die 2 AT 000 258 UlSuch nitrogen-binding bacteria are naturally present to a certain extent in healthy soil and bring the nitrogen into a form that is available to plants. In the case of damaged soil or intensive use, on the other hand, there are not enough nitrogen-binding bacteria in the soil and the nitrogen supplied by fertilizers cannot be stored in order to be taken up by the plant when hot, but is washed out of the soil in the form of nitrate. By applying nitrogen-binding bacteria with the substance according to the invention, the plant eliminates sugar, carbohydrates, etc. when nitrogen is required, the nitrogen-binding bacteria being fed and returning nitrogen to the plant; thus there was no washout. With over-fertilized soils came the 2 AT 000 258 Ul
Nitrogen supply is greatly reduced - until it is dispensed with - since the bacteria supplied with the substance (granulate) according to the invention make the nutrients present in the soil available to the plant, which at the same time results in soil remediation.
The substance is preferably in the form of granules which carry the nitrogen-binding bacteria on their surface. In this form, the substance can be easily brought into the soil and the bacteria are immediately effective in their nitrogen-binding function. Azo ^ irillum, Azotobacter and / or Azotcbacteraceae are used as nitrogen-binding bacteria.
According to the invention, the substance can additionally contain dextrin as a binder and bacterial nutrient, which ensures good adhesion and sufficient hatred of bacteria.
The invention further relates to a process for the production of a substance serving as a fertilizer, soil additive, cultivation substrate or planting aid as described above, wherein a solution containing nitrogen-binding bacteria is sprayed onto the granules and the granules are subsequently not subjected to a drying process becomes.
Das Granulat hatte zu diesem Zeitpunkt eine Temperatur von etwa 40°C. 3 AT 000 258 UlIn experiments, nutrient solution containing nitrogen-binding bacteria was applied to a conventional granulate, as described below: The granulate consists of various, finely ground rock minerals (approx. 2/3 part by weight) and 3-layer mineral (approx. 1/3 part by weight) ) and a small amount of magnesium oxide. 2% dextrin was also added as a binder for these granules. After mixing and adding water, granulation (pelleting) takes place. This granulate is passed over an oscillating dryer, where the granulate is heated to around 200 ° C. This is followed by cooling and subsequent screening. The granulate had a temperature of about 40 ° C at this point. 3 AT 000 258 ul
After sieving, a nutrient solution with the nitrogen-binding bacteria was sprayed onto the granulate «This nutrient solution consists of sugar water with the following nutrients:
Magnesium, sodium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese and reinforced molybdenum, which have previously been digested with acetic acid (acetate). The nitrogen-binding bacteria were added to this nutrient solution at a temperature of approx. 25 ° C. for propagation. After a few days, with good propagation, the liquid was diluted by about two thirds of water and used for spraying on the granulate.
After application to the granulate and due to its still elevated temperature, the nitrogen-binding bacteria were further increased. The dextrin in the granules ensured that the nitrogen-binding bacteria were stabilized until they were applied.
4The granulate produced in this way was used for fertilization in the trial of all agricultural crops and showed good effects on the fruit quality, yield, and an improvement in soil quality. 4th
