  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Pressplatten 
Das den Gegenstand des Patentes Nr.   250 656   bildende Verfahren ist die Herstellung von aus einer oder   mehreren Schichten bestehenden Pressplatten   mit mindestens einer veredelten Oberfläche, beispielsweise Sperrholzplatten und vorzugsweise solchen, die aus mit Bindemittel beharzten, faserhaltigen Teilchen unter Wärme und Druck zusammengepresst werden, wie Holzspan-, Flachsspan-, Bagasseod.   -platten,   auf deren zu veredelnde Oberfläche vor dem Pressvorgang mindestens eine sich auf dem Zulageblech befindliche harzhaltige Deckfolie, wie eine Papier-, Textil-od.

   Infolge dieser Verwendung harznasser Folien besitzt dieses Verfahren den Vorteil, dass das einstufig durchzuführende Verfahren ohne Rückkühlung der Heisspresse durchführbar ist und damit also bedeutend wirtschaftlicher ist wie das Zweistufenverfahren, da mit den normalen Presszeiten, die sonst für eine unbeschichtete Platte benötigt werden, bereits eine fertige Dekorplatte erhalten wird. 



   Eine Verbesserung der Dekoroberfläche wurde bei diesem Verfahren noch dadurch erreicht, dass man zwischen die beleimten Späne und die harznasse Folie eine Schicht aus beleimtem Holzschleifstaub oder beleimten Sägespänen einbringt, welche Stoffe bisher nur zur Herstellung feinerer Oberflächen von geschliffenen, unbeschichteten Spanplatten verwendet wurden.
