Feuerungsanlage.

Combustion system.
The present invention relates to a device in steam boiler firing systems, the essence of which is that the intermediate wall separating the fire brigade has masonry channels at the points of contact with the lower boilers, which are filled with sand for the purpose of moving or expanding the boiler or of the masonry as a result of heating, the resulting slits, cracks or openings must be filled again immediately in order to deprive the fire gases of the possibility of shortening the route prescribed for them through the hoists that may be present.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the intermediate wall 1 separating the fire flues has masonry channels 5 at the points of contact with the lower boilers 4, which are filled with sand 6. The purpose of the sand is to immediately fill in the slits, cracks or openings that arise as a result of the heating during movement or expansion of the boiler 4: or masonry 1 in order to prevent the passing fire.

Shorten the way. When the fire passes from the upper flue 2 to the lower flue 3, the upper parts of the lower boiler 4 are covered with refractory material -7 (fireclay bricks or the like) in order to protect the boiler wall from being burned by the flame.
Likewise, the connecting pipes N of the upper and lower boilers are protected in their front part by refractory material 7 from being burned by the flame of the fire gases. In the side walls there are channels 9 opening into the Verhrnungsraum,
