 EMI1.1

To produce artificial flower stalks from plastic mass, wires have been used up to now, which have been dipped into the molten mass. The resulting coating is removed from the wires after it has cooled.

The subject of the present invention is a dipping mold which aims to produce the cup at the same time as the stem.

The drawing below shows a side view of an exemplary embodiment of the new dipping mold serving this purpose.

As can be seen from the drawing, a molded body for the cup is arranged on the known immersion wire. Depending on the desired size of the cup to be formed, the shaped body is immersed more or less deeply into the mass. In order to be able to produce differently designed goblets or those with longer or shorter stems, the shaped body a can be arranged on the immersion wire such that it can be exchanged or displaced.
