Die Erfindung betrifft ein transportables Kleinmateriallager, vorzugsweise für Baustellen, wobei auf einer Palette ein offener kastenartiger Aufbau vorgesehen ist, welcher in mehreren Ebenen Einrichtungen, zur Aufnahme von unterschiedlich grossen Lagerbehältern aufweist.
Auf Baustellen ist eine übersichtliche Lagerhaltung von Kleinteilen, mangels geeigneter Einrichtungen, immer problematisch. Einerseits ist eine Stückzahlerfassung der noch vorhandenen Teile praktisch unmöglich und anderseits fehlt die Möglichkeit einer einfachen Materialorganisation, wodurch sicher viele Kleinteile auf den Baustellen verloren gehen bzw. gestohlen werden.
Aus der US-PS 2 760 743 und der DE-AS 1 258 330 ist ein transportables Kleinmateriallager bekannt.
Der Nachteil des Kleinmateriallagers gemäss der US-PS ist darin zu sehen, dass wegen eines unten an der Vorderseite quer verlaufenden'U-Profils ein Transport mittels eines handbetätigten Gabelhubwagens nicht möglich ist.
Der Nachteil des Kleinmateriallagers gemäss der DE-AS ist darin zu sehen, dass der Einsatz dieses Palettenbehälters aufgrund seiner mangelnden Stabilität begrenzt ist.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht nun. darin, ein transportables und übersichtliches Kleinmateriallager zu schaffen.
Die Aufgabe ist durch die Erfindung gelöst. Das Kleinmateriallager ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Palette eine Euro-Normpalette ist und dass der Aufbau in einen oberen, Bereich und einen unteren Bereich geteilt ist, wobei der untere Bereich an den beiden Längsseiten mit festen Seitenwänden versehen ist und an den beiden Breitseiten offen ist, und der obere Bereich an den beiden Längsseiten offen ist und an den beiden Breitseiten mit festen Seitenwänden versehen ist, wobei an den jeweils offenen Seiten im unteren

Bereich grössere und im oberen Bereich kleinere Lagerbehälter einschiebbar sind.
Mit der Erfindung ist es erstmals möglich ein Kleinmateriallager für Baustellen zu schaffen, welches aufgrund seines Aufbaues auf einer Euro-Normpalette einfach mit einem Gabelstapler transportiert werden kann. Weiters ist es möglich dieses Kleinmateriallager während der Vorbereitungen baustellenspezifisch in einem Lager zu bestücken und dann das gesamte Kleinmateriallager in einem Hochregallager, bis zur Aufstellung auf der Baustelle, zwischen zu lagern. Die Übersichtliche Anordnung der Lagerbehälter erleichtert die Materialorganisation. Die, durch die Euro-Normpalette beschränkte Grösse des Kleinmateriallagers, ermöglicht es bei leichter Zugängigkeit bis zu vier dieser Kleinmateriallager in einem Überseecontainer unterzubringen, welcher dann als abschliessbares Lager auf Baustellen aufgestellt wird.
Ein weiterer Vorteil dieser Erfindung besteht darin, dass das Kleinmateriallager mit verschieden grossen Lagerbehältern bestückt ist, wodurch der unterschiedlichen Bedarf an Lagerplatz, bedingt durch die unterschiedliche Grösse der Teile sowie der unterschiedlichen Stückzahl, berücksichtigt ist.
Gemäss einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Lagerbehälter Stapelboxen bzw. Laden.
Ein anderes Merkmal der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die jeweils offenen Seiten verschliessbar sind, vorzugsweise mittels Platten, Gitterblechen oder Türen.
Dieses, Merkmal bietet den Vorteil, dass einerseits die Lagerbehälter beim Transport des Kleinmateriallagers in ihrer Lage gesichert sind, anderseits ist dies auch ein Schutz gegen den Zugriff von Unbefugten.

Eine zusätzliche Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass der Aufbau an seinem oberen Ende mit mindestens zwei Ringschrauben versehen ist und in mehreren Ebenen Einrichtungen vorzugsweise Gleitschienen oder Fachbrettern und senkrechte Trennwände aufweist.
Die Ringschrauben erleichtern das Verlegen des Kleinmateriallagers, mittels Kranen, innerhalb der Baustelle.
Einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung nach ist die oberste Ebene des oberen Bereiches des Aufbaues an beiden Längsseiten jeweils zurückgesetzt und sind die festen Seitenwände in diesem Bereich abgeschrägt, wobei die Ringschrauben an den Stirnseiten der abgeschrägten Seitenränder angeordnet sind.
Der Vorteil der Abschrägung besteht darin, dass so die Ringschrauben nicht über die Oberkannte des Kleinmateriallagers hinausragen, wodurch eine maximale Höhenausnützung z. B. im Überseecontainer möglich ist.
In der Folge wird die Erfindung anhand eines in Fig. la und Fig. 1b dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.
In den beiden Darstellungen ist ein erfindungsgemässes Kleinmateriallager ersichtlich, welches als Basis eine EuroNormpalette 1 aufweist. Diese Euro-Normpalette 1 ist mit einem kastenartigem Aufbau 2 versehen. Der Aufbau 2 ist in zwei Bereiche unterteilt, wobei der untere Bereich 3 an den Breitseiten offen und an den Längsseiten mit Seitenwänden 11 versehen ist und der obere Bereich 4 an den Breitseiten mit Seitenwänden 11 versehen ist und an den Längsseiten offen ist. Dadurch ergibt sich für die beiden Bereiche 3,4 eine unterschiedliche Tiefe. Sowohl der untere als auch der obere Bereich 3,4 ist durch senkrechte Trennwände 8 unterteilt, wobei der Abstand zwischen den Trennwänden 8 auf die Grösse von im Handel erhältlichen Stapelboxen 6 Rücksicht nimmt. Die Trennwände 8 können dann wahlweise mit Gleitschienen 5 oder mit Fachbrettern 7 ausgerüstet werden.

Fachbretter 7 dargestellt. Die Seitenwände 11 des oberen Bereiches 4 sind in ihren oberen Eckbereichen so abgeschrägt, dass Ringschrauben 10, welche Stirnseitig an der Abschrägung 9 angeordnet sind, nicht über die Höhe des Kleinmateriallagers hinausragen.
Das hier ersichtliche Kleinmateriallager ist wegen seines Aufbaues auf einer Euro-Normpalette in einem Hochregallager lagerfähig und ist in seiner Höhe so bemessen, dass es in einem Überseecontainer untergebracht werden kann. Bis zu vier Kleinmateriallager können in einem Überseecontainer, bei freier Zugängigkeit aller Seiten, untergebracht werden. Die Ringösen dienen zum Heben des Kleinmateriallagers mittels eines Kranes.
