  Falzverschluss zwischen den Rändern eines Filtertopfes und einer Dichtring-Tragscheibe in Verbindung mit der Deckelringplatte des Filtertopfes 
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Falzverschluss zwischen den Rändern eines für eine innere Druckbeanspruchung von etwa 16 atü ausgelegten, einen Filtereinsatz aufnehmenden Filtertopfes und einer Dichtring-Tragscheibe in Verbindung mit der Deckelringplatte des Filtertopfes. 



   Bei bekannten Falzverschlüssen liegt die Topfzarge gegen einen vertikalen Randflansch der Deckelringplatte an, und die ineinandergreifenden Falzabschnitte der Topfzarge und der Dichtring-Tragscheibe liegen in dem Randflansch entsprechenden Vertikalebenen. 



   Es wurde herausgefunden, dass bei dem zu erwartenden Betriebsdruck solche Flanschverschlüsse nur dann flüssigkeitsdicht werden, also ein Lockern der Deckelringplatte im Betrieb verhindern können, wenn man für den Filtertopf und für die Dichtring-Tragscheibe eine Materialstärke festlegt, die unerwünschten, bei grosser Stückzahl sehr beachtlichen Material- und Kostenaufwand mit sich bringt. 



   Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen unbedingt betriebssicheren Flanschverschluss zu ermöglichen, bei dem die Materialstärken gegenüber den bisher üblichen zum Nutzen einer wirtschaftlichen Fertigung wesentlich herabgesetzt werden können. 



   Der neue Falzverschluss kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass im Kantenabschnitt des aufgebogenen Randflansches der Deckelringplatte eine seitliche Eindrehung vorgesehen ist, in welche die Falzränder der Filtertopfzarge und der Dichtring-Tragscheibe falzverbunden eingepresst sind. 



   Es wurde herausgefunden, dass bei dieser Ausführung die Materialkosten für je 100 Filtertöpfe um 1/3 gesenkt werden können, so dass sich in der Serienfertigung eine aussergewöhnliche Kostenersparnis ergab. 



   Die Zeichnung zeigt den neuen Falzverschluss in einem etwa halbseitigen Teillängsschnitt. 



   Die Deckelringplatte 1 weist einen Randfalz 2 auf, dessen Kantenabschnitt 3 mit einer äusseren Drehung 4 versehen ist. 



   Der Falzrand 5 der Filtertopfzarge 6 und der Falzrand 7 der profilierten Dichtring-Tragscheibe 8 sind falzverbunden in die Eindrehung 4 eingepresst.

The subject of the invention is a rabbet lock between the edges of a filter bowl designed for an internal pressure load of about 16 atmospheres and a sealing ring support disk in connection with the cover ring plate of the filter bowl.



   In known rabbet locks, the pot frame rests against a vertical edge flange of the cover ring plate, and the interlocking rabbet sections of the pot frame and the sealing ring support disk lie in vertical planes corresponding to the edge flange.



   It has been found that at the expected operating pressure, such flange closures only become liquid-tight, i.e. can prevent the cover ring plate from loosening during operation, if a material thickness is specified for the filter bowl and for the sealing ring support disk, which is undesirable and very considerable in the case of large quantities Bringing material and costs with it.



   The invention is based on the object of making an absolutely reliable flange closure possible, in which the material thicknesses can be significantly reduced compared to the previously usual ones for the benefit of economical production.



   The new rabbet lock is characterized by the fact that a lateral recess is provided in the edge section of the bent-up edge flange of the cover ring plate, into which the rabbet edges of the filter cup frame and the sealing ring support disk are pressed in a fold-connected manner.



   It was found that with this design the material costs for every 100 filter bowls can be reduced by 1/3, so that there is an extraordinary cost saving in series production.



   The drawing shows the new seam lock in an approximately half-sided partial longitudinal section.



   The cover ring plate 1 has an edge fold 2, the edge section 3 of which is provided with an external rotation 4.



   The folded edge 5 of the filter pot frame 6 and the folded edge 7 of the profiled sealing ring support disk 8 are pressed into the recess 4 in a fold-connected manner.
