Fig. 1, 2, 4, 6 und 7 sind Längsschnitte.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Method and device for the assembly and fastening of girders on bearing brackets of buildings
The invention relates to a method for assembling and fastening girders to bearing brackets of buildings. The assembly of such girders has usually been carried out by lifting them with cranes or excavators and lowering them onto prepared supports. This approach is not always feasible, e.g. B. when it comes to the installation of a false ceiling in halls.
The invention provides a remedy for these and similar cases in that, according to the invention, the supports are raised from below to abut against the bearing brackets and can be fastened to them by a suspension device that is only effective at least during assembly.
To relieve the above-mentioned suspension device, an advantageous variant of the invention consists in that after the assembly of the carriers suspended in their end position on the bearing brackets, the suspension device relieving or replacing supports for the carriers are placed on additional bearing brackets between parts of the carriers and supporting parts of the bearing brackets.
The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method according to the invention in its basic form or in the modified configuration.
The device according to the invention consists in the fact that the bearing brackets have passage openings for bearing bolts protruding upwards from end pieces of the carrier, the ends of which are equipped for fixing bearing parts resting on the bearing brackets. The ends of the bearing bolts are advantageously equipped with an external thread which cooperates with bearing parts screwed onto the bearing bolts. In addition, the bearing bolts can be equipped with an internal thread for screwing in the anchor of a cable pull.
A further variant of the device according to the invention consists in that the bearing brackets or supports, which are equipped with recesses for mutual passage, interact in the end position with supports for the supports resting on bearing brackets. These supports can be designed as angle irons which can be pushed between surfaces of the bearing brackets and the carrier.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown on the basis of some exemplary embodiments, without it being restricted in any way to these examples. Figures 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7 are longitudinal sections. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating the carrier in the embodiment of FIG. 2. FIG. 5 is a horizontal section associated with FIG. 6 along the cutting plane 1-11. FIG. 7 shows an embodiment in cooperation with carriers, the ends of which are designed according to FIG.
The exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1 shows a column 14 with a bearing bracket 2 protruding above the floor 15. This has a passage opening 3. The carrier 1 is equipped at its end pieces with upwardly projecting bearing bolts 4, which are anchored in the concrete, for example by means of cross pieces 21, when the carrier 1 is designed as a precast reinforced concrete part. Such a carrier 1 is by means of a lifting device, for. B. pushed up a forklift until it comes to the bearing bracket 2 to the plant. In this end position, the bearing pin 4 of the carrier 1 has already passed through the passage opening 3 of the bearing bracket 2, so that its free end protrudes upward from this. This free end is provided with an external thread 7 onto which a nut 6 is screwed. An approximately provided washer is denoted by 5.
From Fig. 1 it can be clearly seen in what simple way the assembly of a carrier 1 having an intermediate ceiling can be done, only the space located on and below the bearing bracket 2 is required as the assembly space. In Fig. 1 is only
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
the left end piece of the carrier 1 is shown, the right end of which is designed mirror-like in the same way.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 relates to the attachment of beams 1 as secondary beams to main beams 18 with a T-shaped cross-section. The overhead pressure bolts protrude on both sides over the web and, with respect to these, form bearing brackets 2, which act in the same way as the bearing brackets shown on the column 14 in FIG. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, the secondary carrier 1 also has a T-cross section, the pressure beam 16 of which protrudes over the web on both sides (FIG. 3). The bearing pin 4 is shown in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2 designed as a tube. Otherwise the arrangement is essentially identical to that described in FIG.
The design of the secondary beam 1 with a T-cross section takes place in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 2 and 3 in such a way that the pressure bar 16 ends somewhat in front of the end of the web, so that the bearing pin 4 protrudes freely upwards from the end of the web.
In order to be able to cast the free annular space between the passage opening 3 of the bearing bracket 2 and the bearing bolt 4, a casting channel 17 is shown in the exemplary embodiment.
In addition to the advantages described, the embodiment according to FIG. 2 also clearly shows
EMI2.1
T-cross-sections compared to the classic construction, in which the secondary beams rest on top of the main beams. Since the web of the secondary girder rests with its lower surface on the surface of the pressure beam of the main girder in this hitherto customary construction, the result is an extremely large overall height for a ceiling construction. In order to avoid this, it has also been suggested to lay the main girder with the opposite profile (crossbeam below, web protruding upwards), but this usually contradicts the structural requirements. In contrast, the invention ensures the lowest possible overall height with the best static effect of the components.
If a pulling device, rather than a lifting device, is to be used to lift the carrier 1, FIG. 4 shows schematically an advantageous possibility. The bearing pin 4, designed as a tube, has an internal thread 8 (FIG. 2). The armature 9 (FIG. 4) of a cable 10 can be screwed into this internal thread 8. The rope of the same is pulled through the opening 3 of the bearing bracket 2, above which the washer 5 and the nut 6 had been brought into the preparatory position. An assembly table 19 is placed on the bearing bracket 2. A winch 20 or the like, which rests on the assembly table 19, is used to wind up the rope 10 and thus to lift the carrier 1 up to the stop on the lower surface of the console 2, on which the suspension takes place in the manner already described.
In the case of very high loads on the carrier 1, the bearing pin 4 would have to have too large dimensions.
In this case, an additional fastening of the support 1 is carried out after it has been raised by means of the bearing pin 4, as the variant according to FIGS. 5 and 6 enables.
At the lower edge of the main beam 18, in addition to the bracket 2, two further brackets 21 are provided at a distance from one another which is greater than the thickness of the carrier 1, which is designed with a rectangular cross-section in the exemplary embodiment, so that it can pass through the space 11 remaining free between the brackets 21 to Stop on console 2 can be raised. The end of the carrier 1 has a shoulder in its lower part, as can be seen from FIGS. 5 and 6. As in the previous exemplary embodiments, the carrier 1 is suspended from the bearing bracket 2 of the main carrier 1 by means of the suspension device 4.
After assembly, an angle iron 13 is pushed between the brackets 21 and the end of the carrier 1. The dimensions of the interacting parts can be selected so that the carrier 1 is supported jointly by the suspension device 4, 6 and by the support 13, which is designed as an angle iron, from the consoles 2 and 21 of the main carrier 18. However, the further cooperation of the suspension device 4, 6 can also be dispensed with.
Fig. 7 and 8 show a reversal of the previous embodiment, a recess 12 in the pressure belt of the end of the carrier l, wherein for the passage of the recess 12 delimiting the side parts of the end of the carrier 1 in the console 2 of the main part, for. B. a column 14 corresponding recesses are also provided. An inserted angle iron 13 alone or in conjunction with the suspension device 4, 6, which is at least required for assembly, is used for support.
