Die Klemme oder der Schnapper 6,10 werden an einem Teil 9 der Hemdbrust 9,9a angebracht und halten beide Enden 7 und 8 der Krawatte in der Nähe der Hemdbrust.
Die Keile oder Stifte 5, die am Ende der Schnur oder des Bandes 4 angebracht sind, können beliebi- ge Form besitzen, aber vorzugsweise besteht jeder aus einem im wesentlichen flachen Metallstück und ist mindestens an einem Endemit einer Spitze versehen. Die Keile oder Stifte 5 sind an den Enden der Schnur oder des Bandes 4 in der Mitte zwischen ihren Enden angebracht, so dass jeder mit der Schnur oder dem
Band ein T bildet, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist.
Die Klemme oder der Schnapper 6,10 können ebenfalls von irgendeiner geeigneten Gestalt sein, aber vorzugsweise besitzen sie einen Grundkörper 10 aus Plastikmaterial in Form eines scheibenförmigen Gusses, der das Aussehen eines Siegels hat und auf einer Fläche mit einem elastischen Finger 6 versehen ist, der sich quer über die Scheibe erstreckt und aus einem Stück mit ihr geformt ist oder an einem seiner
Enden daran befestigt ist, womit die Scheibe an einem Saum 9 der Hemdbrust 9,9a, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt, angeklemmt werden kann.
Im Gebrauch ist die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung an den hinteren Umschlägen 7a und 7b des breiten bzw. vorderen Endes der Krawatte angebracht, indem die Keile oder Stifte in oder durch das Material der umgeschlagenen Ränder 7a, 7b an beiden Seiten des breiten bzw. vorderen Krawattenendes 7 gehen, erforderlichenfalls auch durch- das Futter, falls vorhanden. Es entsteht-so eine Schleife auf der Rückseite des vorderen bzw. breiten Krawattenendes, durch die das schmale bzw. hintere Ende 8 gesteckt werden kann, um es dahinter in Deckung mit dem vorderen bzw. breiten Ende 7 zu halten. Die zwischen den Enden der Schnur bzw. des Bandes 4 wie beschrieben angebrachte Klemme ist dann an einem Saum der Öffnung der Hemdbrust angeklemmt, wodurch beide Enden der Krawatte in der Nähe der Hemdbrust gehalten werden.
Bei der beschriebenen Ausführung der Erfindung besteht die Schnur, das Band od. dgl. 4 aus einem einzigen Stück, das den mittleren Teil in einer Gussscheibe 10 eingebettet hat, aber es können zwei getrennte Stücke Schnur, Band od. dgl. vorhanden sein, deren jedes Ende mit einem Keil oder Stift 5 versehen und mit dem andern Ende an einer Seite der gegossenen oder geprägten Scheibe 10 angebracht ist.
Es kann ferner die Klemme 6,10 aus Metall geprägt oder aus einem andern geeigneten Material hergestellt sein.
Der Krawattenhalter gemäss der Erfindung kann getrennt zur Anbringung an irgendeiner Krawatte hergestellt und verkauft oder schon vom Hersteller an einer Krawatte befestigt verkauft werden. In diesem Fall kann die scheibenförmige, siegelartige Klemme vom Krawattenerzeuger als Reklameschild benutzt werden.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Vorrichtung zum Festhalten der beiden Enden einer Krawatte in ihrer Lage am Hemd, mit einer am Hemd befestigbaren Klemme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an. den freien Enden von von der Klemme (6,10) ausgehenden zwei Schnüren, Bändern od. dgl. (4) je ein Keil oder Stift (5) festgelegt ist,. der in oder durch die Umschlagteile (7a, 7b) des vorderen Krawattenendes (7) steckbar ist, so dass sich eine Schleife zur Aufnahme des hinteren Krawattenendes (8) bildet.
