<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
<Desc/Clms Page number 7>

<Desc/Clms Page number 9>
<Desc/Clms Page number 10>
<Desc/Clms Page number 11>

The invention relates to a semi-finished component with a component made of two parallel welded mesh reinforcement mats, from which the straight reinforcement wires are held at a predetermined mutual distance, holding the mesh reinforcement meshes at each end and connected to the two mesh reinforcement mats at each end, and from an insulating body arranged between the mesh reinforcement mats and penetrated by the web wires. and with an inner wall shell and an outer wall shell, which connect to the insulating body of the component and are penetrated by its mesh reinforcement mats. The invention further relates to a semi-finished wall or ceiling part and a method for erecting a building with vertical walls and at least one horizontal ceiling made of semi-finished components and / or semi-finished wall and ceiling parts.
PCT-WO 94/28264 describes a component consisting of two parallel, welded mesh reinforcement mats, from which the web reinforcement mats are kept at a predetermined mutual distance, straight web wires connected at both ends to the two mesh reinforcement mats, and from a web wire arranged between the mesh reinforcement mats penetrated insulating body known. In this case, an outer shell made of concrete is applied to the outer lattice reinforcement mat intended to form the outside of the component, which connects to the insulating body, embeds the outer lattice reinforcement mat and, together with it, forms a load-bearing component of the component.
At the formation of the internal components
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
te certain inner mesh reinforcement mat an inner shell is applied, which also connects to the insulating body, embeds the inner mesh reinforcement mat and forms a load-bearing component of the component together with this. The inner and outer shell are flush on all sides with the component. The inner and outer shell can either be applied at the manufacturing plant or only at the construction site.
The disadvantage here is that when building a building wall with the already prefabricated component provided with an outer and inner shell, the joints cannot be provided with correspondingly overlapping reinforcement elements without corresponding recesses having to be punched out of the prefabricated inner and outer shells. If, on the other hand, the inner and outer shells are only applied on the construction site, an increased amount of work is required, the application of the concrete shells and in particular the adhesion thereof, especially in the ceiling area, causing difficulties.
The object of the invention is to provide a semi-finished component of the type specified in the introduction, or a semi-finished wall or ceiling part, which avoids the disadvantages of the known component and enables rapid adaptation to different static requirements in a simple manner.
With the help of the invention, the construction of building walls, ceilings and complete buildings should also be made possible in a simple manner. The semi-finished component according to the invention is characterized in that the component is positioned over the inner wall shell and / or the outer wall shell of the semi-finished
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
tig component at least on one side of the shell in question.
According to a further feature of the invention, the component projects symmetrically above the inner wall shell and / or the outer wall shell with two overhangs of equal size, the width of which is preferably in the range from 200 to 300 mm.
A development of the invention relates to a semi-finished wall or ceiling part, which is characterized in that it has at least one of the semi-finished components described and at least one further semi-finished component in which the inner wall shell and the outer wall shell cover the component.
The method according to the invention for erecting a building with vertical walls and at least one horizontal ceiling made of semi-finished components and / or semi-finished wall and ceiling parts has the features that to form the walls and the ceiling semi-finished components and / or semi-finished wall or ceiling parts with their shell-free component protrusions on the narrow sides of their insulating bodies are arranged so as to abut one another so that at least two semi-finished components and / or semi-finished wall or ceiling parts form to form a wall corner and / or a connection between a wall and the ceiling are arranged abutting on their inner, adjacent corner lines with their shell-free component projections,
that shell-free joints of the lattice reinforcement mats of adjacent components, the corner connections of adjacent components as well as the areas of the lattice reinforcement mats adjacent to the joints and the corner connections are covered with reinforcement elements and that those of the inner wall and
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
Outer wall shells free areas of the mesh reinforcement mats of the components and the reinforcement elements are covered with in-situ concrete or plastering material.
The invention not only provides semi-finished components that can be used variably, but also enables the erection of buildings in a simple and quick manner, because the mutual connection of the semi-finished components can be carried out safely and in a time-saving manner by the inventive design.
According to a further feature of the invention, to form a wall corner and / or a connection between a wall and the ceiling, at least two semi-finished components or semi-finished wall or ceiling parts are arranged in such a manner that the narrow side of the insulating body of one component is flush with the Closes the inner surface of the insulating body of the adjacent component, the inner mesh reinforcement mat of the component being separated out in the region of the joint.
The invention also advantageously makes it possible to install installation elements in the area of the exposed mesh reinforcement mats, so that the building can be completed in one go.
Further features and advantages of the invention are explained in more detail with the aid of some exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a horizontal section through a semi-finished component according to the invention; 2 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a semi-finished component according to the invention, likewise in horizontal section; 3 shows, as an application example, the use of semi-finished components according to the invention for erecting a building wall, also
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
rizontalschnitt, and Fig. 4 shows a detail of an embodiment of a corner connection of two building walls in a horizontal section.
The semi-finished component 1 shown in section in FIG. 1 consists of a central component 2 which has an inner lattice reinforcement mat 3, an outer lattice reinforcement mat 4, a plurality of bridge wires 5 connecting the outer lattice reinforcement mat 4 to the inner lattice reinforcement mat 3 and a central insulating body 6, also from an inner shell 7 made of concrete and from an outer shell 8 made of concrete. The length of the semi-finished component 1 is preferably in the range from 2.5 to 3.5 m, while the width is in the range from 1 to 1.5 m.
The inner lattice reinforcement mat 3 and the outer lattice reinforcement mat 4 each consist of a plurality of perpendicular and mutually welded longitudinal and transverse wires, the wire diameter and the longitudinal and transverse wire distances being selectable in accordance with the static requirements for the semi-finished component 1. The diameters of the longitudinal and transverse wires of the mesh reinforcement mats 3, 4 are preferably in the range from 2 to 5 mm. The surface of the wires can be smooth or ribbed. The respective distances between adjacent longitudinal and transverse wires are preferably chosen to be of the same size, so that square grid meshes are formed; the distances are, for example, 50 or 100 mm.
However, it is also possible to use mesh reinforcement mats with meshes that are rectangular.
The bridge wires 5 are alternately arranged in opposite directions at an angle to one another in the form of a truss and at their ends each with the correspondingly aligned longitudinal or transverse
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
wires of the inner mesh reinforcement mat 3 and the outer mesh reinforcement mat 4 welded. However, it is also possible to arrange the web wires obliquely in rows in the same direction, the adjacent rows having an opposite direction, so that a herringbone-like structure is produced.
With this arrangement, the web wires 5 are able to fix and hold the central insulating body 6 exactly in its position in the component 2, and are also capable of shear forces acting on the component parallel and perpendicular to the longitudinal wires of the inner mesh reinforcement mat 3 and the outer mesh reinforcement mat 4 to record. The spacing of the bridge wires 5 from one another, their distribution in the component 2 and the diameter of the bridge wires 5 are chosen in accordance with the structural requirements for the component 2; the diameter of the web wires 5 is preferably in the range from 3 to 5 mm.
The surface of the longitudinal and transverse wires of the mesh reinforcement mats 3, 4 and the web wires 5 can be provided with a corrosion-resistant coating, for example made of zinc and / or plastic.
The central insulating body 6 is arranged at a predetermined distance from the lattice reinforcement mats 3, 4 and consists of light and heat-insulating light material, for example of styrofoam. The thickness of the insulating body 6 is preferably in the range from 40 to 100 mm, the distance between the insulating body surface and the adjacent lattice reinforcement mat 3, 4 is preferably in the range 10 to 20 mm, the insulating body preferably being arranged centrally between the lattice reinforcement mats 3, 4.
<Desc / Clms Page number 7>
The inner shell 7 and the outer shell 8 are designed such that on the one hand they connect to the top surfaces of the insulating body 6 and on the other hand embed the inner mesh reinforcement mat 3 or the outer mesh reinforcement mat 4. The thickness of the shells 7, 8 is expediently in the range from 30 to 80 mm, wherein the inner shell 7 and the outer shell 8 can have different thicknesses. However, within the scope of the invention it is also possible to produce the inner shell 7 from plastering material, for example mortar.
The component 2 projects beyond the inner shell 7 and the outer shell 8 laterally in the example according to FIG. between each to the same extent. However, it is also possible within the scope of the invention for one of the shells to be flush with the component 2 on one side of the semi-finished component 1. The protrusion of the component 2 can of course also be provided in the width of the semi-finished component or in both the length and the width. The length of the projection on the side, that is to say in the direction of the length of the component 2, over the inner and / or outer shell 7 or 8 is preferably 200 to 300 mm and is dependent on the use of the semi-finished component described below.
In the context of the invention, as shown in FIG. 4, it is also possible to choose different protrusion widths compared to the inner shell 7 ′ and the outer shell 8 within a semi-finished component 1.
Furthermore, it is possible to design the semi-finished component 1 in such a way that, as shown in FIG. 2, the outer shell 8 ′ is flush with the component 2 on all sides, while the inner concrete shell 7 is flush with the component 2 on at least one side is towered over. Since component 2 is preferably
<Desc / Clms Page number 8>
is constructed symmetrically, d. H. the inner and outer mesh reinforcement mats 3 and 4 are interchangeable in their structure and function, there is a corresponding interchangeability also for the design and arrangement of the inner and outer shells 7 and 8.
3 schematically shows the use of several semi-finished components 1, 1 'for erecting a building wall and a corner connection between two building walls. To build the wall of the building, adjacent semi-finished components 1, 1 ′ are arranged so that they abut one another in such a way that the insulating bodies 6, 6 ′ of adjacent components 2, 2 ′ directly touch one another. The joints S of adjacent semi-finished components 1, 1 'within a building wall and the exposed areas of the inner and outer lattice reinforcement mats 3 and 4 of adjacent components 2 and 2' adjoining the joints S are each provided with an inner joint reinforcement 9 and one outer impact reinforcement 10 covered.
The impact reinforcements 9, 10 are fastened to the mesh reinforcement mats 3, 4, for example, by means of binding wire in order to prevent the impact reinforcements 9, 10 from slipping. The impact reinforcements 9, 10 come as close as possible to the prefabricated concrete shells 7 and 8 and, in the context of the invention, can consist of reinforcement mat strips or of appropriately designed reinforcement bars or of reinforcement brackets.
In order to prevent cold bridges from forming in the corner area of adjacent building walls, adjacent semi-finished components 1 or 1 'are arranged in such a way that the adjacent components 2 or 2' only abut each other at their inner corner lines E. The corner of the building wall is marked with a
<Desc / Clms Page number 9>
filled in additional insulating strip 11, which connects directly to the insulating body 6, 6 'of the adjacent components 2, 2', fills the corner of the building wall and is provided on the outside with an outer corner reinforcement 12, while the inside of the corner connection is provided with an inner corner reinforcement 13 is reinforced.
The corner reinforcements 12, 13 cover both the insulating strip 11 and the exposed areas of the inner and the outer lattice reinforcement mat 3 or 4 of the respectively adjacent components 2 or 2 ′ and extend as close as possible to the shells 7 and 8. The corner reinforcements 12, 13 consist of appropriately angled reinforcement mat strips or of angled reinforcement bars or of appropriately designed reinforcement stirrups.
The lateral protrusion of the component 2 or 2 ′ over the inner and / or outer shell 7 or 8 depends on the statically required anchoring lengths of the buttress reinforcements 9, 10 and the corner reinforcements 12, 13.
Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of a corner connection of two building walls. In this case, in the case of a component 2, the inner mesh reinforcement mat 3 is cut out in such a way that the narrow side of the insulating body 6 ′ of a component 2 ′ directly abuts the inner surface of the insulating body 6 of the adjacent component 2. In the context of the invention, however, it is also possible to use a component which has a correspondingly shortened inner mesh reinforcement mat in the area of the joint S '. The joint S 'of the corner connection and the exposed areas of the adjacent mesh reinforcement mats 3, 3'; 4 are reinforced with an outer corner reinforcement 12 and an inner corner reinforcement 13.
<Desc / Clms Page number 10>
The semi-finished component 1 can also be used to erect building ceilings. It is also possible to use the semi-finished component to form a corner connection between a building wall and a ceiling. The inner and outer reinforcement of the joint between a building wall and a building ceiling is designed similarly to the corner connection of two building walls and consists of correspondingly angled elements which are designed similarly to corner reinforcements 12 and 13.
The areas of the components 2, 2 'that are not covered by the inner shell 7 and the outer shell 8, that is to say shell-free, and the butt and corner reinforcements 9, 10 and 12, 13 are filled on the construction site with in-situ concrete, mortar or similar plastering materials in such a way that these layers to be applied locally, the inner and the outer mesh reinforcement mat 3, 3 '; 4 and completely cover the butt and corner reinforcements 9, 10, 12, 13 and seal flush with the respective surfaces of the inner shell 7 and the outer shell 8.
It goes without saying that the described exemplary embodiments can be modified in various ways within the scope of the general inventive concept; In particular, it is possible to arrange an additional mesh reinforcement mat parallel to the inner and / or outer mesh reinforcement mat to reinforce at least one concrete shell.
Furthermore, in the areas of the semi-finished component 1 that are not covered by the inner shell 7 and / or the outer shell 8, installation elements such as, for. B. water pipes or electrical installations.

In the context of the invention, it is also possible to produce a semi-finished wall or ceiling part of large width, which consists of at least two, preferably three semi-finished components which abut one another flush on their narrow sides. The semi-finished components are arranged in such a way that at least one component on at least one side of the wall or ceiling part projects beyond the relevant shell of this side. These larger semi-finished wall and ceiling parts can be used like the semi-finished components described or combined with them to build a building. For example, the semi-finished components 1, 1 'shown in FIG. 3 could form a longer semi-finished wall part.
