Die Erfindung betrifft Ventile insbesonderenach Art eines Kükenhahnes-, die aus einem Schmier- stoff-Vorrat mitSchmierstoff versorgt werden und einen dichtendenGewindeanschluss für dieSchmierstoff-
Erganzung von aussen her aufweisen.
Bei derartigen Ventilen ist das Nachfüllen des Schmierstoff-Vorrates insofern mit besonderen Schwierigkeiten verbunden, als hiebei die Luft nicht wie bei sonstigen Schmierstellen durch die abzudichtenden
Stellen hinaus nach aussen gedrückt werden kann, weil hinter den abzudichtenden Stellen der Druck des
Leitungsmediums herrscht, der den Luftaustritt verhindert.
Nach der Erfindung wird nun bei Ventilen der eingangs beschriebenen Art dieser Nachteil dadurch behoben, dass der Einfüllstutzen für den Schmierstoff mit einem verschliessbaren Luftauslass versehen ist ; dieser Luftauslass ist vorzugsweise am unteren Ende des Einfüllstutzens angeordnet.
Bei erfindungsgemäss ausgebildeten Ventilen kann die Ergänzung des Schmierstoff-Vorrates ohne weiters bequem und schnell mittels einer Tube vorgenommen werden, wofür dann nur der für den jewei- ligen speziellen Zweck ausgewählte Schmierstoff verwendet zu werden braucht ; bei Ergänzung des
Schmierstoffes kann die zu verdrängende Luft über den Luftauslass austreten.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Ventils dargestellt. Auf dem
Schaft 1 eines Ventils oder Kükenhahnes ist oben der Einfüllstutzen 2 aufgeschraubt, der an seinem oberen
Ende mit einem dichtenden Gewinde 3 für den Schraubanschluss einer Fettube 4 und an seinem unteren Ende mit einer durch eine Entlüftungsschraube 5 verschlossenen Lntlittungsofinung versenen ist. Der Schaft der
Entlüftungsschraube 5 ist hier auf einen Teil seiner Länge mit einer oder mehreren Nuten 6 versehen.
Während des Nachfüllens des Schmierstoff-Vorrates durch die Tube 4 wird die Entlüftungsschraube 5 soweit herausgedreht, dass die Nute 6 mit der Aussenluft in Verbindung steht und die durch den Schmierstoff im
Einfüllstutzen 2 verdrängte Luft entweichen kann.
Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Entlüftungsöffnung im oberen Ende des Einfüllstutzens 2 anzuordnen- die dann beispielsweise durch den Schraubhals der Tube 4 halb verdeckt ist, wobei dann die Auslauföff- nung der Tube 4 so bemessen sein müsste, dass der Schmierstoff beim Nachfüllen herabtropft und der ent- weichenden Luft den Weg nach oben freigibt.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
