Tragkorb
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Tragkorb aus Stahlstäben mit einer in dessen Inneres einsetzbaren, an den Korbwänden anliegenden Auskleidung zum Einbringen von Flüssigkeiten.
Aus Stahlstäben bestehende Körbe mit einer einzusetzenden Auskleidung zum Einbringen von körnigem Verpackungsgut usw. sind bekannt.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist, dass diese bedarfsweise einzusetzende, aus elastischem Material, vorzugsweise Gummi, bestehende Auskleidung in Form eines trogförmigen Behälters mit einem Wulst übergreifend mit dem Korb lösbar verbunden ist.
Nach einem weiteren Erfindungsmerkmal weist der Randwulst Ausnehmungen zum Durchstecken der Traghenkel auf und die trogförmige Auskleidung kann an ihrer Unterseite einen warzenförmigen Vorsprung aufweisen, der in eine Ausnehmung des Korbbodens einrastet.
Wird körniges Verpackungsgut wie Getriede oder Obst, z. B. Trauben, oder Flüssigkeit in dieses nunmehrige Schaff geschüttet, so wird die Einlage an die Korbwandung gedrückt und bildet mit dieser gleichsam eine Einheit. Beim Ausschütten bzw. Umleeren verhindert der übergreifende Wulst gemeinsam mit den durchgesteckten Traghenkeln sowie der unterseitige warzenförmige Vorsprung ein Herausfallen der Einlage. Sie kann jedoch leicht herausgenommen werden, indem der Wulst über die Henkel hochgezogen wird, wobei sich auch der Vorsprung aus der Bodenscheibe löst. All das bedarf nur einiger Griffe, je nachdem, ob eben der Korb oder das Schaff gebraucht wird.
Bei Anschaffung eines Korbes kann der dazu passende Einsatz gewählt werden, um gleichzeitig auch ein Schaff zu haben, wie solche mehrere in jeder Wirtschaft in Verwendung stehen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Die Fig. 1 betrifft den Tragkorb, die Fig. 2 stellt den Einsatz dar, die Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt durch den Einsatz, die Fig. 4 stellt die Bodenplatte des Tragkorbes dar, die Fig. 5 ist ein Schnitt durch den Tragkorb und die Fig. 6 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf den Einsatz.
Besagter Einsatz hat etwa Autoschlauchstärke, ist jedoch oben am Rande kräftig zu einem Wulst 1 verstärkt, der sich nach aussen über den Korbrand umschlägt, dem er sich anpasst. An seiner Unterseite in der Bodenmitte hat er einen warzenartigen Vorsprung 2. Dieser drückt sich in eine Ausnehmung 3 der am Boden des Korbes befindlichen Blechscheibe (Fig. 4), welche die radial zusammenlaufenden Drahtstäbe verschweisst vereinigt. Da der Korbboden ähnlich einem Flaschenboden kegelstumpfartig in das Korbinnere aufragt (Fig. 5), kommt die Bodenscheibe hohl zu liegen, welcher Umstand das stoppelartige Einrasten des Vorsprunges 2 in dem Loch 3 der Blechscheibe ermöglicht. Durch diese wird der Einsatz an seiner Bodenfläche fixiert.
Oben am Rand (Fig. 2 und 6) ragen durch zwei Schlitze 4a und 4b des Wulstes 1 die beiden Traghenkel hoch, wobei der Wulst 1 ununterbrochen um diese aussen herumläuft und so seine Spannung behält.
Wirtschaften, Bauernhöfe, Gemüsestände, Marktfahrer usw., welche solche Körbe bereits in Verwendung haben, können sich einen Cummibalg nachbesorgen. Da dieser (zum Unterschied von einem Blechoder Holzschaff) keinen Geruch annimmt und leicht zu reinigen ist, genügt ein Einsatz zur vielfachen Verwendung.

Carrying basket
The invention relates to a carrying cage made of steel rods with a lining which can be inserted into the interior and rests against the cage walls for introducing liquids.
Baskets consisting of steel rods with a lining to be used for the introduction of granular packaging material etc. are known.
The object of the invention is that this lining, which is made of elastic material, preferably rubber, and is to be used if necessary, is releasably connected to the basket in the form of a trough-shaped container with a bead extending over it.
According to a further feature of the invention, the edge bead has recesses for inserting the carrying handle and the trough-shaped lining can have a boss-shaped projection on its underside which snaps into a recess in the basket base.
If granular packaging such as grains or fruit, e.g. B. grapes, or liquid poured into this now sheep, the insert is pressed against the basket wall and forms a unit with this as it were. When pouring out or emptying, the overarching bead, together with the inserted carrying handles and the protruding protrusion on the underside, prevent the insert from falling out. However, it can easily be removed by pulling the bead up over the handle, with the projection also coming loose from the bottom washer. All of this only requires a few handles, depending on whether the basket or the sheep is needed.
When purchasing a basket, the appropriate insert can be selected in order to have a sheep at the same time, as several are in use in every economy.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 relates to the carrier basket, FIG. 2 shows the insert, FIG. 3 is a section through the insert, FIG. 4 shows the base plate of the carrier basket, FIG. 5 is a section through the carrier basket and FIG 6 shows a plan view of the insert.
Said insert is about the strength of a car hose, but is strongly reinforced at the top to form a bead 1, which folds outwards over the basket rim, to which it adapts. On its underside in the middle of the bottom it has a wart-like projection 2. This is pressed into a recess 3 of the sheet metal disc located on the bottom of the basket (FIG. 4), which welds the radially converging wire rods together. Since the bottom of the basket rises like a truncated cone into the inside of the basket (FIG. 5), the bottom disk comes to lie hollow, which allows the protrusion 2 to snap into the hole 3 of the sheet metal disk. This fixes the insert to its bottom surface.
At the top of the edge (Fig. 2 and 6) protrude up through two slots 4a and 4b of the bead 1, the two carrying handles, the bead 1 running uninterrupted around this outside and thus maintains its tension.
Farms, farms, vegetable stalls, market vendors, etc., who already have such baskets in use, can get a cummi bellows. Since this (in contrast to a sheet metal or wooden sheet) does not smell and is easy to clean, one insert is sufficient for multiple use.
